Aleks55
well looks on newgrounds, youtube, wegame, theres lots of videos, it takes time, but if people really want to do it they could, i mean look and shadows of lylat, nintendo didnt shut them down, could ours really be as hard as that, always remember, if a few guys can make shadows of lylat, we could make a series. BUT before we even think about a Starfox series, we need some small series to practice, it could be original or parody, we just gotta practice
Drasiana
The only Star Fox videos I've ever seen have been obviously-titled (and often poorly-animated) parodies. You can make a Star Fox Fan-Game, but you can't make a Star Fox Show; like the Zelda Movie, which despite claims it was a fan-movie, called itself a Zelda Movie and got in trouble. Do any of you guys even have any -experience- animating? Do you even know what goes into -actual animating-? The storyboarding? The colouring? The clean-up crew? How about lip-sync? Granted, that's mostly applying to traditional animation, but really, flash tends to look plain bad when you want something to be serious.
Sabre
Calm down, it's all speculation. I've done animation before, and I know it's not something you decide to do on a whim. I can't speak for anyone else, but personally, if I were to do a fan movie, I would do it on my own because otherwise we'd have fall outs between the team and people are, in my exp, very very lazy and would probley quite about 1/2 - 2/3 in. ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
If we're so worried about Nintendo's opinion about this, when we get ready we would contact them first. One of us would call and ask "Hi, we'd like to a television series based on your Star Fox games. We promise we will make it as true to the series as possible, and won't screw it up. Please consider.". Hopefully something like that and a little bit longer, and more reasonable, then they would consider it. As for the studio's name, I would say "Sky-High-Productions". I came up with that name a while ago with my brother. Another name would be "Black Owl Entertainment", because I like owls, and characters with that sort of Batman feel. How about "Red Fox Studios", since our first series would be based on Star Fox.
Aleks55
I like the owl and fox idea, sky high is too much like the acutall movie, but we could always try to animate,
Sabre
Ages ago I thought of calling my stuff 'flashpoint productions', but these days I'd probley call it XT studio. I saw this video on youtube of a cartoon called SWATcats. I've never seen it (or at least I dont remember the show) but it reminds of a certain starfox. http://youtube.com/watch?v=2TdqpWiBliw&feature=related

Leon_279
I have a suggestion: Round up all of the original voice actors from SF64, and have them voice the characters for a movie. That is lees likely to happen, but just imagine. :leon:

That is lees likely to happen, but just imagine. It seems like it could. I mean, they're making movies for games like ANIMAL CROSSING, of all games. Star Fox is much more compatible with the big screen, primarily because the game already has a script. ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
I still think that a Star Fox animated movie should be cast of famous voice actors. Still celebrities if you want celebrity cast members.

Leon_279
Who would Pierce Brosnan play? If it was a movie of Star Fox 64, then it would be Leon, if of Assault, Panther......or still Leon. >XPÂ :leon:
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
Yeah, even though I was thinking more of casting Jim Carry as Leon, and Antonio Bandarass as Panther. Sorry, I've seen Shrek The Third too many times. I still wonder if it would be a good idea to cast Hugh Jackman as Wolf. Who do you think should play Wolf? Leon_279
I know who should do the voice of Krystal! Elizabeth Hurley! That would TOTTALY work! :leon:
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
For some reason I was thinking Sigourney Weaver as Krystal. How about Rachelle Taylor? She'd be a great candidate for Krystal. Attractive, and she has a real British accent! Well, her voice might be too deep, even though it's rather soft, so there's also Georgina Leonidas. ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
I wonder how Anthony Anderson would sound as Slippy. Slippy used to have a light Southern accent, but I don't think Anthony would like to be cast as a whiny little frog who plays baseball and drives a tank. You know what would be a problem if the movie was rated PG-13? A scene with Fox and Krystal getting hot and heavy. That could be a problem. The closest Nintendo would want would be something like Krystal taking Fox down to the floor, and we see their tails crossing, and hear Fox say "Whoa!". I hope Nintendo picks a good studio to do a Star Fox movie. I'm still considering that motion capture technique where the actors or stunt men perform certain footage, and they digitally add all the animal parts, like tails, and the usual big heads we find in Star Fox.
