The characters that I was disappointed with was Sonic and Cpt. Falcon, Sonic is just too weak and has very little launch, Falcon is just to laggy. How about you guys? Sure he can slash and hack you up close, but he has no long range attacks, and can hardly block simple attacks either. Try staying back from him a little, use dashing attacks on him, and grabs aren't a bad idea either. Zelda is wearing less than Krystal. All of them seem to be the same amount of clothes to me. I can beat meta knight with Kirby easy smash then throw punches final cut whatever i feel I'd like to do Samus would be a good counter for meta knight all her ranged attacks would do well. His Final Smash, PK Starstorm, is also really impressive, especially if you're on a small stage, but it's not terrible on huge ones either. The most disappointing for me, I'd have to say Wario, but not due to the 'quality' of the character. It's awesome that he made it into Brawl, but I can't play well as him, because his movements are really jerky and twitchy, and they throw me off a lot. Falcory Posted February 15, 2009 Share Posted February 15, 2009 Lucas totally gets on my nerves sometimes, especially when he throws that power orb into the air. (That. Ticks. Me. OFF.) I was most impressed with Falco. I've come to like how he can kick the reflector, and his wings can slash you very quickly. He seems to be no longer a clone of Fox. Character I was most disappointed in was Luigi. If anyone needed to be a clone of Mario, it's him. And not giving him the poltergeist 2000? That was a bad move, on Nintendo's part. I'd rather wait my good 5 years to see a quality sequel of this game, and if nintendo is wise enough, they will release the wii2 (or however will be called) with a decent HD, now imagine a smash brothers game with 40+ characters plus some extra that you could download. Steve Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 It's practically impossible, brawl would need to be redesigned again, or you would need a really huge well done patch. In either way, the wii's HD was not build to have games like that simply because its space is tiny (not counting SD cards, and yet we still have some like guitar hero, if I recall well), also, the game producer already said that the game wouldn't have downloable stuff (not counting maps and screens and videos), which of course, is quite lame for some. For games like brawl, it's hard to please the general gaming audience, I mean, most of you want krystal, then you have the ones that want megaman, shadow, etc,etc. As a starfox fan, I'm glad we got 3 characters this time. If you follow the game's roots, you can see a pattern: smash got fox, melee got fox and falco, brawl got fox, falco and wolf, so that means the next game will have 4 starfox characters, don't you agree ? Falco and fox can stay kick out wolf and you have almost the entire starfox team there. and I hope your right steave I also hope I'm not too old to have time to play it.
