I prefer Morrowind to Oblivion myself, Oblivion is good, but Morrowind had the better gameplay and world. Also found it hilarious that Argonians and Khajiit couldn't wear full face helmets or boots (Since the Argonian/Khajiit feet were more like the feet of Disney's Gargoyles than human). Also, if you had the Bloodmoon expansion, could turn into a super OP Werewolf, which was great.

Shame they took so many things out of Morrowind when they made Oblivion.

Yeh morrowind wasnt bad and some of the things on there were downright brilliant, but it hasnt dated very well for a first person style game, it looks rough around then edges such as the movement animation for the weapons and the overall detail in the world cannot touch what they managed with oblivion... maybe the next one will include the missing parts that made morrowind good

Keep it mind it came out in 2002, and was mind-blowing for the time. I'm still actually surprised at the graphics for such a large world. Usually it's a give and take thing, better graphics, smaller world. Cyrodill is so tiny compared to Vvardenfell, which made me sad. What I would love for them to do is re-vamp Morrowind with some better graphics, better AI, and perhaps character customization better than Oblivion (changing skin-tone can be a royal pain in the ass, and you can't do very much. Would love a Khajiit that looks more like a panther than a jaguar). Also, would be nice if they removed the thing from Bloodmoon where if anyone saw you become a werewolf, everyone in the entire game world somehow knew, even if you killed the witnesses.

Anyway, I'm actually tempted to go and get Morrowind: GOTY edition for the comp, even though I doubt mine could handle such a large game... To me, it still stands the test of time (except enemy AI).

Personally i wouldnt want a revamp, as they never quite do as good a job with revamps as u would like. However we all know that the elder scrolls world is pretty vast as in all the games so far there has been information on parts of the world which have yet to be created, as such i think they should just create one of the other states. Bring back the things like being a warewolf, as i agree that was a daft thing to leave out. Also i agree with you that increasing char customization is important as the khajiit were very limited in oblivion. I also agree that the oblivion world was limiting due to its smaller size, but that also meant shorter loads, i could have gone to work and come back before morrowind loaded. Not that oblivion was that much better, but it was somewhat quicker, there really needs to be a way to reduce load times for the next one... cartridge??? hehe

I am hoping any new Elder Scrolls game will take place in Black Marsh, and perhaps put in a marriage system. Morrowind had something very similar to it, where if you made a male character, you could end up living with this female Khajiit after completing a quest line. Doesn't really say it's a real relationship, it's more like a "friend with benefits" type deal, since you live in the same house with her, can take any of the items in there (and supplies in the crates restock if I remember), and things like that. Also, in the Tribunal expansion, you got to play matchmaker, setting a girl up with a number of bachelors (loved setting her up with the man who lost his wife to the blight on Vvardenfell, because if they hit it off, got one of the best looking weapons in game, the BiPolar Blade, which looks to me like a chitin claymore)

Anyway, I think games like Morrowind and such can make good remakes, since for a lot of people, I'm sure, it's just as much the setting as it is the gameplay. Vvardenfell was a much better world than Cyrodill. Oblivion was the more state-of-the-art game, but the enemies and environments in it left me.... wanting.

I agree with you it would be nice to see the black marsh, that would be very interesting and possibly a marriage system however hopefully it will be better designed than the one in fable, where if u werent there regularly they left. I might have to dig out my copy of morrowind, i swear i cant remember half the things about it u do. As for oblivion i agree that it was 'lacking' in places especially the overall size of it and the repetition of areas such as the oblivion gates (there were only actually 4-5 that were just modified so they acted slightly differently and some that didnt even do that). Even with the expantions there wasnt a right lot of additional interesting content to it, I certainly hope they find a nice middle ground between the two games for the next one (the good graphics of oblivion with the playability of morrowind would make a pretty impressive game)

Just Cause 2.  Finishing up the races and finding the rest of the locations on the map (I got 113 more to find, crazyfoo xP)

 I completely gave up on the races and all the completion, I just replay the story and cause general havoc, why?, JUST CAUSE!

I'm actually playing StarFox Assault and the original on SNES right now :D. (Not at the same time silly!, although that would be cool :D)

If it involves Krystal, Katt, Lucy, Amanda, Fay, Miyu, or Fara, I don't want to know. Otherwise, may be good for a laugh.

Perfect Dark for N64.

Seriously though, Goldeneye is WAY better.

Haha me too! I just picked it up at a pawn shop recently. I've got through a lot of challenges on it so far. And sadly yes Goldeneye is wayyyy better because it actually has a story. Only thing that Perfect Dark has that Goldeneye doesn't is futuristic weapons and bots in multiplayer.

They have RE for the DS? Oh snap. I need to get that.

Well I've mainly been playing Worms and Call of Duty Classic on PSN. Pretty fun for downloaded games.

And reload animations (the first game to fully implement them), if u bought it on the 360, u will also have access to improved animations, new weapon secondary fire skills and a updated AI system.
