Do you mean 60gb? How many USB ports does yours have?

Only the 60GB hard drive is backwards compatible. Onnnly. Trust me on this, I tried to find one of the ones that was backwards compatible. x3 My brother has one, but now I'm kinda fond of my Slim.

No, it was indeed the 80GB 4 USB model.  It has partially software-based PS2 emulation instead of full backwards compatibility like the other, 60GB model, but it works for most of my needs :D

What country did you purchase it from? I'm pretty sure that only the 20GB 40GB and 60GB had backwards compatibility.

But, a 4-USB 80? I've not heard of that. Check your system preferences. Its still probably a 60gb.

I'm currently working on EarthBound Zero. I think I may be nearing the end soon, but I hear the last area is pretty brutal so I'll need to grind if I want to live.

Other games I'm playing at the moment include Warsong, Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge, Yoshi's Island, and Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. I'm also thinking about doing Desert Bus, but thats another story.

Donkey Kong Country 1. (SNES, not downloaded. I also do not plan to get Donkey Kong Country Returns...looks disappointing to me for reasons.)

I'm not planning on getting it either. Besides I have all three for the SNES.

The Sly Collection

How much did you get it for? I'm sort of interested in it. And how are the graphics? Are they significantly updated?

I paid $39.99 for it new, the low price is definitely one of the reasons I picked it up :D.  The graphics are definitely improved from Sly's PS2 counterparts, as many things are sharper and more detailed.  There are no MAJOR graphical overhauls though, but it certainly looks great on an HDTV! :D.  I'd have to recommend it, and ESPECIALLY if you don't have the originals on PS2.  It's actually quite refreshing to play the games again actually :D

Also as a bonus, once you get a Platinum trophy for all three games, you unlock somewhat of a Sly 4 Teaser Trailer :D
