The only ways a planet can be shaped are spherical (not perfectly spherical, obviously) and malformed sphere-like shapes like you seen in the shapes of asteroids. If you were to park on one aturoid, your probley wouldn't be able to see the next nearest one with the naked eye. It would probley be a couple of miles away. On another related note.
