Mewfii
I would love to see the ability to fly/walk wherever you wanted. Perhaps add an ability to buy ammo for weapons, upgrades for your ship, etc? That just gave me a cool idea... Call Of Duty (4 and World At War) meets Starfox
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
We should probably give it to the development team behind Star Fox 64, not in terms of graphics or voice acting though. They did fantastic in that generation, who knows how great they'll be with the latest generation?! :|
Falcory
I think it would be nice to see a Starfox Battlefront game in the terms of multi-player. (Like Starwars Battlefront) I loved the multiplayer in Starfox Assault,(and still do) but the problem with it was that you always needed another person to play it. I'm an only child, and my Dad hardly plays Starfox anymore, so I would like to see like a Starox multi-player were you could face the AI if you wanted to. You could also work together with a random AI character and team up against your opponets! Â By the way I noticed that many of you have pictures on the side of your post, and pictures in your post with cool pictures and your screen names on them. If you don't mind my asking, how do you do all that? :falco:
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
Yeah, a multiplayer mode that's just as fun as Assault's, but the chance to fight AI oponents, and maybe a single player reminiscent of Battlefront.
Falcory
Sideways also brings out a good point. I would like to buy upgrades for my Arwing, Landmaster, Blue marine, (if they decide to put that ship in again) or buy different types of suits that had different ability's. Like a fire ring suit, which would allow you character (like Falco) to engulf their body in flames and become like a human torch for a few minutes. If they did this it would totally explain how Fox and Falco can do those fire moves in SSB. [attachment deleted due to age]
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
How about in on-foot mode, you steal weapons from enemy soldiers before killing them?
Guest RedPhoenix32
That's cool, but dont you mean after?
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
Yeah, but the thing is, grabbing the other guy's weapon after he's dead is pretty much the same as Mario getting a coin after he jumps on a Goomba. Stealing someone's weapon while they're still up is something Star Fox has never done before, so it would be great if they started doing it now. I know Krystal would be good at that, and so would Wolf.
Kursed
yeah if they actuly give Krystal like Pyschic powers or something she could use those to pull the gun out of their hands like a jedi or she could use her telepathy to tell what the soldiers going to do next so she can easly take the weapon. ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
Or she could have her staff as a secondary weapon!!
Falcory
I think I know what Arwing Commander is talking about. If you ever saw (or played) Mirrors edge, you'd realize what he's talking about too. Actually I think that would be cool. I could totally see Fox flipping somebody and taking their weapon away from them at the same time, or Falco elbowing an enemy and swiping their blaster.
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
Yeah, that's what I was aiming at! Should there be a new vehicle in the game too? Like how about a Star Wolf version of the Landmaster?
Guest RedPhoenix32
Maybe a walker or something. Or a cool hover bike.
Kursed
how about somthing like this?
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ironmonger_2008film.jpg Or something similar to that?!
Guest RedPhoenix32
I'd go with the Iron Monger. Even though its stealing from my favorite comic book series.
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
The Iron Monger has to be for Star Wolf, and they'd need to modify it's appearance a lot too. Give it a more canine face and different fists. A flight pack is always good. Further more, a black and red color scheme so it better relates to Star Wolf. I just imagined a cool intro for it: Cornerian soldier: Good job men, we've pinned him down. Leon: Wolf, from up here I notice a heavily armed looking toy behind you. Wolf: Let me guess, I better climb aboard? Leon: Like I always say, why help others when you can help yourself? Wolf: Very well. *evil grin* Cornerian soldier: What's he doing back there? Surrend.. Wolf blows his attackers away with a built in Nova Bomb launcher from the suit. Wolf: Seems it's just my size. Hope it doesn't tear easily. Basically after that cutscene, the rest of the level is played with Wolf piloting the suit, blowing everybody out of his way, and eventually defeating an end boss. After the mission, the suit is named the Bonecrusher, and repainted black and red. Cool idea for Star Wolf's answer to the Landmaster?
Kursed
I think Krystal should have a slightly better ship than she did in command. Krystal:*hiding behind armor*Panther come here Panther:yes My sweett blue rose *is vulcan neck pinched* Krystal:*gets into armor and Walks away to blow up Starwolf's Wolfens Minutes later WOlf:Panther I told you this would happen Now how is your so called being a Chick magnet going to get us off of this rock?! Guest RedPhoenix32
They should all have arwings again. Hands down. You can never beat the arwing.
Kursed
I have a list of many craft that could beat a Arwing hands down ,but I won't start here with it. Maybe replace krystals staff with a frying pan?
Guest RedPhoenix32
1. Its the pilot not the craft itself. The Arwing is just a Star Fox icon. 2. Frying pan = housewife Krystal = kickass girlfriend No resembleance until Marcus comes in.
Kursed
Perhaps your right about the frying pan thing. Krystal and Mcoy:He's dead Jim. Well overall i don't really like the arwing it's outdated for me. Even after macus is born though Krystal being a Cerinian may not age as fast as Fox. Guest RedPhoenix32
Correction. Thats Dr. McCoy's line. Spock does the vulcan hand thing and the neck pinch. Plus, Cerinian or not, she and Fox are the same species. Its like saying an american dies faster than a japanese. Put them in the same environment, you get the same results. Guest RedPhoenix32
Its just common sense. Just because she's cerinian, doesnt make a bit of difference except her telepathy. They're the same.
