Okay, Rules version 2 are now in effect. Also, I have added a nice rules page that you can access from the main page menu at the top. Note that if you are not using Black Rain theme, the new link may look funny.

RULES CHANGED:

Updated rules about links to personal sites and political posts to reflect board layout changes

Added new rule to sig policy regarding animated GIFs in sigs.

Also, fixed rules page to remove mouse-over underlining of non-link text.
