Perhaps, they could be operated by simply sticking a metal rod or stick inside of them, or throwing a rock at the button. SharpClaws aren't the brightest crayons in the box, so... The booster pads, perhaps the Krazoa had built those and used them for transportation, and I have a theory that the Krazoans and the Cerinians were closely linked. Perhaps they traded with each other or were somehow related. As for the clothing? That's probably exclusively Cerinian. I like to think of the Cerinians as a highly advanced Polynesian-esque culture, and perhaps Cerinia had a very warm climate. That, and I think Krystal is an arctic fox, so obviously she's not going to wear a turtleneck and sweatpants in a tropical jungle area. xD Just my 2 cents, anyways.
