If they can get the old 1999 Multi-player to work... the problem is freespace2 is a very old game back before Dsl was cheap.....

Wow that's incredible! Looks like it has both co-op and SF64-style missions like my game was going to. Could you tell us more about those features of SOL, DZ?

Da, Brain and the SoL crew have really outdone themselves. They really have a flair for graphics. :(

lol, Remember: This is FS2 OPEN. Multiplayer works, trust me.

As far as characters, at the team is as it is in SF64.

As far as multiplayer gameplay, I know there are some team based things. I don't want to go to far into that, though, as I am not 100% sure what I can nor cannot say.

Quit digging Kursed. The Starfox team and Starwolf team will be in SoL, but everything else on the matter is being kept on the DL.

*sigh* That's beautiful, DZ... The SOL Crew sure is doing a magnificent job. And I'm wanting to play this game so bad! I can't wait until it is released. And I'll be trying my hardest to get a computer that'll run it! :(

But I'm planning on my game having lots of special effects. So that'll be nice and make me proud of myself. Also, my game isn't going to be nearly as good and I know that because I'm the sole creator, designer, modeler, coder and musician. No one else in this house is about to help me make a SF game. The get mad whenever I talk about SF because I'm obsessed. :slippy: Although... My brother may be able to do the music... He's very good with composing classical type stuff. :falco:

ahh so  what are the coutermesures used for aslo since we have no sheilds apparently whill any of the energy or Shield equalization stuff be used for anything

and can we still command the Ai to do stuff?

So does this mean that the game will require a keyboard, as there would be to many functions for a gamepad? Or will classic starfox controls be implemented later?

the basic controls require a keboard and a keypad ,:but there are many options available not sure about a joypad  ,but I know  a joystick option is available.

These are the Default controls.

Keypad:momvent

keypad:7 roll left

keypad 9 roll right

tab:afterburner

: full throttle

backspace:Stop (note that it takes some time to come to a complete stop

a:increase throttle to full (press and hold)

z:Decrease throttle to zero(press and hold0

=:Increase throttle 5%

-Decrease throttle 5%

x:Counter mesures.

t:target nearest object

H:target nearest hostile

Ctrl:fire primary weapon

space bar:Fire secondary

. , :switch primary weapon

/:Switch secondary weapon

There are many more but those are the basics.
