Falcory
Star Fox Adventures never mentions about her staff coming from Cerinia nor Sauria. What is your opinion where her staff came from? More than likely Cerinia since Krystal knows how to use it.

Sabre
I say Cerena, but Sauria also makes a logical choice. It does run on there plants AND the temple seems to have similar levels of magic.
Zwolf
My own personal belief is that it's pure Cerinian technology. She knew how to at least do one "spell" (fireblast against Andross towards the end), but... There is also the fact of that the staff ran off the gems and such from Sauria, and all the "Spirit Caves" and stuff upgraded the Staff as well. That's for another dicussion, but because of that, I think Sauria IS Cerinia. Just whatever caused the "doom" on Cerinia somehow made it into Sauria. XD Need more details on that... Kursed
cerinain there's no magic about the staff it's all Cerinain technology using the energy to form it into the attacks it also absorbs more than one type of energy.

Mr. Krystal
I think that Krystal's staff was made the following way: Deep within Solar a new matter formed, one of golden color and near unbreakable tensile strength. During the final battle of Star Fox 64 on Solar between Fox and Vulcain (that lava monster), the shockwave destabilized the fusion reactions that were holding the material in place. The heat and pressure forced it up into the upper layers of Solar where other explosive forces jettisoned it into space. It drifted for thousands of miles undetected until it crash landed into Aqua's oceans. Now, this part is important, a scientific crew doing a study on Aquas' oceans after the death of the boss there, found the material after strange readings showed up on their sensors. They extracted the metal, now cool, and tested it. They found it to have magic capable properties and swiftly had it sent to laboratories on Macbeth. Unfortunately, Oikonny heard about the transit and desired the material for himself. He ambushed the cargo ship and took the metal, leaving the crew to die in space. He had is weapon engineers craft a sword from it, a sword that would enhance both its physical and magical properties. Unfortunately, when they tried to magically "charge" the staff, it rocketed by its own power to the closest location with magical energy: Sauria. When it landed on Sauria, it embedded itself into the ground after running through the neck of General Flame, General Scales' father, who had been causing small scale, but deadly attacks on other tribes. Seeing this piece of metal fall from the sky and killing their enemy, they assumed that the sword must have been from the gods, and henceforth decided to use it for the safety of their people from future aggressors. Unfortunately, since none of the Saurian tribes had paws capable of wielding the sword, including the Lightfoot, who couldn't handle the weight of it, they decided to have it redesigned to be used as a mouth-held weapon. They commissioned the Shop Keeper to turn the sword into a staff with its magics. The Shop Keeper did so, lengthening and rounding the sword into a staff, adding the magic runes to the sides, and embedding magic focusing crystals on either end. The tribes were excited about the new development, but the Shop Keeper, being a jerk as usual, used the bate and switch to give them back a wooden look-alike. The Shop Keeper kept the staff for itself. Enter Krystal, who crash landed on Sauria after hearing the distress call, landed IN the house of the Shop Keeper (which was in the middle of a forest at the base of Ice Mountain). She faced several beasts who heard the ruckus of the crash, and having nothing to defend herself with, took the golden staff weapon she found laying on the ground. She defeated the enemies quickly, and decided to keep the staff, engraving it's magical properties with her own. Of course, you're probably wondering why the other dinos didn't say anything about all this. It's because they have a ridiculously short memory span, except for Tricky who can't seem to forget that he used to be an annoying kid.

Are you implying that Krystal has already been to Sauria before? Because in the game, she already has the staff, she goes to the temple, blah blah bla... you know the rest. Asper Sarnoff
I have always thought of it as Cerenian, but as Sabre said, it could also have been from Sauria. Though I think I will still stick with the Cerenian background.
