that's horrible! :x  I wish I could avenge those foxes by skinning 100 humans alive for every fox that was killed by a human...I'd take the human skins and sew them into coats, jackets, trousers, chair covers, toilet seat covers, etc.  But, if I did that in real life, I'd go to prison, or the nut house.

that's justice for ya'  :hehe:

how cute!

Why is that a problem? I kill stuff to eat them, that's like a few hours of subsitance and about 10 minutes of tasting nice. Why not get a hip coat out of it as well? I don't like fasion victems who do it because it's 'in' this season, but I can't hold the moral high ground because I just had a tasty meat pizza when I could have had corn flakes if I really wanted.

Also they keep eating our chickens.

I hope you skip over taking my skin. It's full of scars and it smells awfull.

Those who keept them weren't evil people Julius. Just with different views that us.

I don't think foxes, or other non-domesticated animals should be keept in captivety. No matter how good you threat them, that is not what they really want. What they want is to be able to run freely around as they want in nature untouched by human kind. And I think we should try to give them that rather than seek them out, catch them and try to domesticate them for our own benefit.

The daughter of our neightbour had a couple of fox pups as pets when they still had them. They were undoubtly very cute, but quite a far cry from what I'd call ideal animals to keep.

Maybe, but then how did we domesticate things in the first place? Catching them, and keeping their kids, that's how. Although I think we should stick with what we've got tbh.

Right, but in some cases, like wolves, the hunters and wolves hunted the same food, and shared the same territory. Over time, they started to get closer and closer, until later the wolves (or 'dogs', as there were called now.) were used as aid in hunting, while the hunters keep them as pets.

True that. But I mean we should make due with what we allready have done instead of messing things up because someone thinks foxes would make good pets. Believe me when I say they don't. They're not tame animals. They won't thank you when you give them food or tend them, they wont bond to you and come back to cuddle with you. It's going to bite your fingers, rob the fridge for food and crap all over the floor.

We used to hold a lot of hens on our farm, but once the chief cock, which was a real brute, heavier than the official world record for largest rooster, died of old age, the foxes came and ate all the others.

Wow. I don't have a farm. I was talking to collective.

A bit off topic, but I hate the world records because the real records go un recorded for whatever reason. The longest multiplayer game was a bunch of casuals, there are tones of regular events that are longer then that, but that's how it works.

Off topis is fair enough, especially when you're right. I'm a casual gamer, and rarely have time or patience to sit and play anything for more than a couple of hours, but even I know there are people who play for days without breaks. Wasn't it someone from Korea which died after he had played Starcraft for over three full days without sleep, food or water?

Maybe he was trying to kill himself, just making it slow and painful, and fun ;)

There are numberous stories like that, but WoW and SC are huge over there. Bigger then their national sports. Imagine if 1 game was as big as football, or baseball if your american.

Common sense is starting to be considered a super power nowadays :S

Something I lack at times, "Is friend home? Nope... is his door locked? Nope... should I enter? Yup."

HAHA, no lady's clothes involved, we took his air supply cassette, (which he could care less about), then left a message on his computer saying we stole your air supply tape. (and yes, we did return it)
