"Then I guess I should help you keep them away from you." Hopefully I'll be able to prove I care about her this way. Besides, I swore to take out those kind of scum anyway.

"Hey, I never said I was your babysitter or anything. I would teach you how to fend for yourself, and stand by your side whenever you need me."

"Yeah." Fox said, walking over to her.

"The fact that you can kick a** makes you better than I previously thought. But it doesnt help much in my case." he sighed. "What Im trying to say is, I think I need you, rather than you need me."

A vulpine entered the bar, instantly smelling the alchohol from the moment he took one step in. He adjusted his sunglasses, noticing a few familiar faces as he walked past them, heading twords the bar table.

He sat himself down at the last seat, nearly leaning against the wall as he sat down. A raised his gloved hand, making his voice loud enough to hear from where the bar tender is, but not loud enough for everyone to hear him as well. "Rum. Any kind you have available. Hold the ice, please."

While waiting, he took a quick glance around him, noticing all the different people in here. He was pretty glad nobody had noticed him so far, him having been away for many years.

Slightly jumped inside at the mention of his name. he knew the woman was talking to him, but chose to ignore her. He was not going to let all his hard work of staying concealed go to waste because of a lucky guess.

While thinking this, he took a slow sip of his rum, the slight tingling going down his throat, making him feel warm all throughout his body. It relaexed him some, calming him down.

While doing all of this, he tried to place the voice. He heard it once before, but he really couldn't place it.

As Sylum took the last shot of his drink, he noticed a lot more movement around the bar and noticed a new person had entered. "Hmmm i wonder who he is...Seems that girl knows him. Oh well." Bartender one more drink and then I'm done."

He took another sip, now knowing this vixen wasn't mistaken and knew who she was talking to. Great he thought to himself. I'll try to get her off the idea

He turned his head slightly, looking at the blue female fox who had jsut whispered in his ear. He smiled a soft smile twords the young woman. "I'm sorry, but I think you're mistaken, miss. James McCloud died a long time ago. It's written in history books and it's in the Cornerian libraries. I'm sure you know this."

He turned his attention back to his drink, not being able to know where his son is right now. His scent is covered by the smoke and alchahol sourrounding the bar, and he can't pick up his voice because of everyone talking at once. That, and the woman whispering in his ear.

"I'm your son's wife James you can't fool me I'm telepathic."Krystal whispered in reply.

"Well, you're the telepath." he said. "Why dont you just read my mind?"

"That's not something I do to a friend I should trust."Kari replied.
