ingx24 Posted August 16, 2009 Share Posted August 16, 2009 emulating the fx chip correctly is not easy, because of one simple thing: lag. even emulators such as snes9x can't emulate the lag of the super fx chip, and because of that, if star fox were released on the virtual console, it would actually run a lot faster than was intended because the game was built assuming the game would lag due to the fx chip. that's what i think, anyway. Of course will a game which have been out for over ten years figure on more of the lists that one who have only been out for a couple.Besides, I've got more reason to trust a source such as Wikipedia than a guy I've never heard of pulling lists out of his backside.I have tried to be as diverse and inclusive as possible in my selection of lists.
