I honestly liked it very much. It was tough to get through it when you're playing it the first time in your life, but after a few times you realize it is actually very easy to finish. It could have been a bit harder, but for most of the parts in the game it was a fair challenge.

I really love the whole atmosphere they have used in this game, the music was awesome, graphic was the best I've ever seen on the Gamecube and the voice actors were just wonderful! Maybe I'm overjoyed because I really love RPG's, though xD But yes, I could play it as much as I want; it never bores me :D

Ya, it was good, the feeling when playing the game was  diffrent from other games, it was a long and entertaning game, the story was untraditional but interesting and some what spirtal.

I particularly like Adventures, because it was the first Starfox game I played.

Whenever I first played the game, I didn't like it that much.  I started getting annoyed after Fox first lands in Thorntail Hollow...

...but then I take another crack at the game, loving it, and beating it within three days. lol

I can beat it in a relatively short period of time. If I played nonstop from 8 AM, I could be done in 12 or so hours. I know my way around every part in the game now, which just ever more proves my "no-life."

In a jar, like The Sniper.

And then you throw it at someone right?

Well, it could, and SHOULD have had more implemented into it. After "beating" it, there's nothing really special that happens. All you get is a file that says "99% completed". A krystal costume for the entire game would have been a very good replay unlock. Why they didn't add anything like that puzzles me, but it is overall a very good game.

I really like this game, personally.

I haven't beaten it (yet ) but I am always coming back to it and playing a bit at a time.

It's really fun! k_e_smile.gif

Also, I feel that it helped to expand the series.  Like, it showed that Star Fox wasn't only able to be a rail-shooter.

But the best part of all?  It introduced Krystal! k_e_love.gif

IDK, just my opinions k_e_animesweat.gif

I sort of liked Adventures.

The pros: Introduction of Krystal, interesting ground missions, good fighting and puzzle balance, good overall plot, great graphics, great music.

The cons: Krystal being another damsel in distress, poor flight missions, no replay value, the plot seemed cheesy at times.

I totally agree, I thought the same. That statement in bold = clichéd video game plot is clichéd.

Speaking of Jarate... You ever consider the fact that the meter is filling up as he does day to day activities, such as sniping?

Anyways, I play Adventures for the scenery. Everything about it's to easy, so that's all it's got goin for it, it looks nice. Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to go play some starfox Adventures.

Anybody else find it a bit awkward when you encounter Andross and he sounds Irish?

I mean, I swear he was voiced by the same guy that voiced the warp stone

I had some trouble with Musclefoot too. Actually had to resort to an old third-party controller with a "turbo" function to actually beat him. I'd probably have an easier time if it was for real.

I find this statement kind of interesting. My dad played the old track and field games for the PS1 and PS2 and he taught me a grip that made the Musclefoot challenge a breeze. I was surprised that it was that easy. Not tooting my own horn, but I was surprised at how effective alternating thumbs with the controller turned sideways worked.

Although, I sucked so bad at the test of fear challenge. Ultimately, my little brother ended up beating it.

On another note, I really enjoyed this game as it was also my first Star Fox game as well. The fur was well programmed and seeing tricky get stuck due to glitchy A.I was funny too. The shopkeeper should have been explained more since he's the only levitating Sharpclaw in the game. Unless of course he just possessed magical abilities.

I love the hover-bike missions where you gotta ram into the Sharpclaw until their rides explode.

One last thing; did anyone else get thrown off by the final General scales battle? I mean, he started off in a cool "Low center of gravity" pose with his deadly weapon. Then as soon as the fight started, he stood as erect as an army foot soldier and made a generic Sharpclaw grunt as he power walked towards you. I for one, ran away while snickering at his approach. I was ticked when I attempted to strike him once and the game went into a cutscene. I thought it would go back to the fight that I wanted to happen so badly, but in the end it didn't. It was sad to see that Andross just possessed him in a way. I don't know if he died, but his lifeless body was either in an unconscious state, or he was drained of all of his lifeforce by Andross. I believe the latter since Andross is evil and the game makes no mention of him at the end.

All in all a great game. But if it was left out of the time line, Krystal may have not been as popular as she is today due to the way she was implemented into the story of Adventures.

I actually loved Adventures. For starters, it got me into the SF series to begin with. I loved the environment, the music, the characters, the graphics - as some have pointed out though, it could have been a bit more challenging though. Once I figured out how to do something, it was pretty simple.

I'd also have to say that there were some holes in the actual story/script as well - but that's a different matter for a different time, hahaha ):

Overall though, again, I absolutely loved this game. <3 (:
