Five5
One thing that I don't like are people that are religious fanatics. They don't respect our decisions. And they will never.

Mr. Krystal
I am within a few hours of a working animation engine. I'm animating the bones MANUALLY, doing the matrix and quaternion math myself. I'm getting around 4000 frames per second rendering the bones. I'm leaving for a week to go back home for a visit and to be in my brother's wedding! I'm so proud of my little bro, and I can't wait to have a new sister (in-law).

Guest Julius Quasar
You know, this is one of the main reasons I like it here. The people here are accepting of each others beliefs, and we all tolerate each other (to an extent). Most other places you go on the internet and you try to speak your mind, people will either shun you, or tell you to go die in a fire or something, not here though. I've been here 2 years, and I think its one of the best decisions I've made. Hear, hear! I love it here too.. I am within a few hours of a working animation engine. Guest Chiro-Chan
I'm very paranoid when it comes to discussing religion, so I'm not going to say a lot here. I am Christian, but I have been mocked for it, and just... If you're reading this, I don't care what your personal beliefs are... Just please... PLEASE be nice to people even if they have different religious beliefs than you. Having your beliefs made fun of hurts. ;x; That is all. Unrelated: "Fox on the Rhine" and its sequel "Fox at the Front" are absolutely amazing books. I highly recommend them to my fellow history geeks, or if you're looking for something exciting to read. I've recently checked out "Fox at the Front" from the library, and I have to force myself to put it down. "Fox on the Rhine" was great too, and just... They're bloody awesome books, I highly recommend them.

Thanks, Falcory! No offense, but is that really...possible? My 30 year old uncle did that once and barely dented the wall, but he still broke some bones. Some thick skin you got there... In California, we have cheap-@$$ construction, so, yeah, it is possible...it was really cheap drywall... I seen it happen here in Cali before. Five5
:D o_O o_O o_O o_O Please, dont disappear! I know this is not going to help a lot, but I will write anyway. So, don't focus yourself only in your apearence. The important thing is your mind, your will and the most important, inside of you (You get this expression don't you?). So, base yourself in this stupid mirror that lies to you will not show who you really are, a nice person. Mirrors are so dumb, because they only shows our false apearence. Just because there is "cute girls" don't mean that you are ugly or something like that... And if there is any stupid guy that says bad thing of your apearence, don't give him any attention and ignore him!

Guest Julius Quasar
Oh, okay. Sorry, hehe. ; Anyway...I'm falling into a relapse again with my depression...and it's pouring rain outside, which isn't helping my mood. What's scary is that I looked in the mirror a couple of minutes ago and I felt horrible. The first thing I thought was that I looked disgusting. I hate my hair, my body, my life, and I can't think of anything good about myself. I have scars all over me, on my wrists, on my knees...and I have stretch marks all over (look it up) from when I gained weight then immediately lost it then gained weight again. I have phaneromania, I'm depressed, I'm an ex-bulimic, I can't seem to focus, and I feel like an outcast. On Friday, our class got to go to NRH20, a waterpark...we were waiting to get on the buses and everybody was in their bathing suits. It was torture. All the girls were so gorgeous and happy in really smaaalll bikinis and I felt like I was an ugly duckling. My friend asks me why I haven't' changed into my bathing suit yet, and I go: "Um, oops, I forgot...I didn't give the forms in" and I dashed out, even though I had payed admission and all. I was almost in tears. (Well, at least I got to catch up and finish the frog dissection. ) I want nothing more than to just disappear. sorry to hear that...look, you don't wanna be those bony girls you see in the media, those "scrawny women models" are freaks, you're not ugly, or fat....don't feel bad about your looks, and don't let others try to make you feel bad, either. Falcory
Thanks, Falcory...but really, I'm not pretty at all. I can't find anything about myself that could seem even slightly beautiful- I can't look in the mirror or weigh myself anymore because I'm afraid to. I just can't. Heh. You yourself cannot tell if you're pretty or not. Nobody on earth can. (Unless you're super vain. ) My mom and my sister even say this. Especially my mom, she tells me everyday that I have to lose weight and stop eating so much or whatever, but when I start trying she says that I have to eat more so that i don't starve. It annoys me out of my mind. Family don't count. They see you everyday, of course they're going to criticzize you on your looks. (God knows my parents do it too. ) What counts is what most other people say, and I'm sure that not many other people say that you're ugly. o_O

evilwaffles
Catwings you have to stop being so hard on yourself, I'm sure you look better then most of the people I know. Well we won yesterday! It was fun playing in the heavy rain, makes tackling people a hell of a lot easier, seeing as I play in defense. Omg when I got thrown off the ball I slid like a couple of feet, it was fun! I upgraded from an acoustic guitar to an electric guitar yesterday, it is blue and white and plays so much easier, it is surprisingly heavy! I thought it would be light The media lies, gives twisted views on what they want everyone to think is "beautiful" Couldn't agree more, the media and fashion industry classifies beautiful as anorexic and lots of make up. Almost all natural beauty is ignored...
SonicDaMan
catwings, there really is no reason to worry about your appearance. i've had so many accedents, (I have so many scars its not even funny). I dunno much about your school, but mine is full of "cute" and "thin" women. but their personality is what irritates me. I actually can't stand them. Most women try to look like a supermodel, 'cause they'd be nothing with out it. ANYWAYS... I saw the new Star Trek today, and i gotta say, I have NEVER watched any of the TV shows, and I still enjoyed the movie! Now, I can't it converted me to a "Trekkie", but it was still good none the less.
Braux
^ (@ Every post) Seconded- You should see ME! As bad as you can get, big, flat nose, long forehead... Anyway, It doesn't matter what you look like, it matters how how you act. Those people who are thin have a large ego about themselves, just because on how they look. And really, that isn't right man! Looking good gets you nowhere in the business world, except in probably comericals and stuff. And you have to get to sabotaging your body even further. And like that leads to anywhere good... So basically, when it counts, beauty isn't the first thing to go. Its brains and creativity. (If I said something wrong, correct me, I'm just a "Mindless adolescent" according to society... ) --- EDIT!: Oh dear awesomeness! The local Game store has a copy of the orignial "Starfox!" I wish I had a SNES...
