I can go one better than that. It is the only show I watch on the telly.

If I'm going to nitpick, I'll say I don't like how they're so biased when judging cars from the various nations, and how that affects the general opinion of thousand of car enthusiasts all over the world.

I can't speak for others. But I'm myself a muscle car enthusiast. Big V8's that can fry the tires in any gear is my kind of dish.

That doesn't mean I look down on those who favors other cars tough. The road is big enough for all of us.

I remember last year, my dad was looking to buy a used Mazda Tribute SUV, so he arranged a test drive. However, the salesperson misheard him over the phone, and showed up with an '02 or '03 Tiburon 5-speed instead. My dad used to race a bit, but hadn't driven a sports car in 30 years, so we decided to take it for a spin.

This was the first, and so far only sports car I have ever ridden in, and boy was it fun. I remember going around a 20 km/h speed limit corner doing 60, tires squealing. It was a blast.

As for tuners, I LOVE to see an engine that is set up to give the most possible power. Turbos, blowers, intercoolers, stroker kits, free-flowing exhaust, performance cams and components all the way. I prefer sleepers though, I like to see a car based around performance rather then image.

I also like to see a dead-stock looking car totally dust a flashy show-car.

I personally love tuners, especially popular stuff like the Nissan Skyline/GTR, Nissan Z series, Honda Civics, Hyundai Tiburons, Toyota Supras, etc.  Muscle and Tuner are my two personal favorites

Respect is always welcomed in my house. Thanks.

You're welcome.

A quick background search revealed that the Tiburon is the same car that is sold as the Hyundai Coupe here in Europe. While I haven't driven one myself, it's said to be quite a nice car.

It was even taken out by Top Gear as a counterpiece to an expensive Lexus of some sort once, to prove a point that an expensive car from a brand held in high regard can be a lot worse than a cheaper car from a "lesser" brand.

Not really into most foreign cars, though there are many exceptions, but the car has to be RWD

When I was a kid, my dad had a cool 79 Mazda RX7 with a manual trans, back then I only liked it for the flip up headlights, I love RX7s, my dad ended up selling her to a guy who loves RX7s as much as I love AMC Eagles

The tiburon is a replacement car for my supra. ( wrecked real bad during the snow storm that hit Amarillo. I flipped it 3 times and ruined it. I brocke my arm in two places, has a bad concussion and was unconcience for 2 days) it sucked so bad. It's being repaired thought. It's only gonna cost me 37,984$. it should take 5 years to pay off.

It's as a 1993 twin turbo se supra. It took me so long to find one! I roamed all over Texas, Oklahoma, new Mexico and California till I found one in a junkyard. I remodeled it comPletely. It was crashed twisted and rusted.

I'm really sorry to hear about that. The '93 Supra Twin Turbo is one hell of a car, easily my favorite Japanese car. Those snowstorms really suck, don't they?

Tell me about it. First I'm doing 55 on the highway and then the car slides to the left and a car suddenly stops right infront of me. I did one thing you should never do in the snow, slam your brakes. I hear a swirve, loud banging sounds a scream in my seat next to me. Then It was all dark. I heard the chopper in the ditch were I rolled onto. I got beat up so bad I was airlifted to the hospital. My girlfriend was fine just bruised. The other guy was traumatized but no injuries. The paamefics and the fire dept used the jaws of life to tear of the entire left door and part of the frame to get me out. (as I was told) I blanked out after they got there.

I don't really know. I was asleep. Or unconcience. God I can't spell that word. Anyways the supra has a slim chance of being ready this year. They barely fixed the frame. It still needs the engine refurbished, new computers, body panels, fixing on the transmission, the wiring, ac, heating, work on the rear axle housing, new lights, new gauges, new windows, ect.... More bills..... That's 2k just this week! OMG! I need to get another job. I already have 2..

Oh crap. Really sorry to hear about that. Loosing it and crashing is definatively not a nice experience, and you fared a lot worse than I did.

On the  bright side of things tough, it's salvageable. Even how much money it will cost, it can be fixed and on the road again. I like to think one forms a bond to ones car, and I think you'll feel pretty close to that Supra after you've crashed with it, and then rebuilt it.

I'm not sure if any of you have seen it, but there is a movie called "Love the Beast" about Eric Bana and his 73 Ford Falcon XB Coupe that he owned since he was 15, about the bond you can form with a car, one of my favorite movies of all time

My dad has this European, 1960's Jaguar, still in our garage (in need of work) that he used to zoom throughout the German Autobahn, back in the day when he was stationed in Europe as an Army officer during the 'Nam wars...you needed a special license to drive those types of cars, they're like a rocket...

That's be a E-type then. The car which lines inspired the second generation Corvette.

Those are worth a good deal now, even the least desirable ones.

One doesn't need more than an ordinary drivings lincense nowadays. Luckily for us.
