Ive never seen one. I need to look it up. O and by the way my supra got its engine on the dyno. It was so awsome! Like looking at someone rise from the ashes. I think im gonna cry...... :(

:?

(incase you dont know what a dyno is, its a machine where they test performance without putting it in a car, or before they put it in the car they can tweak it for more juice)

How much power did it put out?

Here's a quick guide about the E-type.

I just got to see it and hear it run. I didn't get the final results. ( I was skipping my math class to see it run). I shouldn't have, but I didn't care. I wanted to see it come to life. I'll get the results tomorrow. (imma skipp math also) don't tell anyone..... O and thanks for the guide. The E-type is awsome! I think the guy around the corner has one in his garage. It's blood red. It's awsome. (if it's an E-type) I'm not sure. I've only seen like a small glimpse of it.

Have you guys ever seen the famous YouTube video of a police chase between a BMW and a camaro? I shit you not that was me. The damn cop said the car was stolen! It wasn't! It was my parents! Yes I know you think I'm bsing you. I'm not. I took the car for a ride and I saw the lights and I freaked. The only damn reason I got caught was cause I screwed up the transmission. It wasn't made to go that fast then shif down and then up and then down. All the shifting wore it down until it finally gave way. My parents were pissed. Besides getting 7 years probation, not driving till I'm 21, (but I still do and I race) and getting 100 hours of community service, and 5k in fines, they payed 5k to repair the transmission on the BMW. Here's a link to see the vid.

I miss that day.

Let us know the result.

I just found this, and thought I would share it with you

 But, where do I put the blinker fluid on it?

I find that hard to believe.

But if it truly is you, then I've got to say I'm truly dissapointed by your actions. You put the lives of innocent people at stake. And what's more, you say you still race on the streets.

I'm as much of a petrolhead as anybody. But my opinion is that one should keep the extravagant driving on a race track, not the street.

I dont do it in the streets as much as i did once. I mostly do tracks now.

Good. Car enthusiasts have a terrible repultation gained by events like this, and I'm going to do my very best to show the general public, and inspire other car enthusaists to do the same, that we are not an inresponsible bunch of teenagers high on crack. That we deserves as much recognition and respect as any other form for entertainment or sports.

Basically the same as I'm trying to do with furries. I'll go out openly and say: "I'm a petrolhead/furry, and I'm also a nice guy(or so I like to think)."

While my single voice won't carry far, I hope I at least can help better the repultation of these two social groups, so often the target of mockery and hate.

Alright guys, results are in here they are......0-60 in 3.8 seconds.

Base Horsepower-613.9 (it's going to be atlest 750 by the time I'm done with it)

BSFT - 435

and what doesn't surprise me...... 16 (15.9) miles per gallon damn........

The engine it's running on is a supercharged DOHC type

32 valve V8 it was made with help from my friends.

All I need to do is fix the HP and the MPGs. I'll need the guys at Summit Racing to level out the MPGs to the max horsepower I can get. I'm so exited so get it in the supra. But Thera still many months of work to be put in it. All I can do is wait.

I would love to see that engine. Just reading the stats made me start drooling. As for the fuel economy, that also depends on how aggressively you drive. But, to tell the truth, with a car like that, I would enjoy every red light and stop sign...

There is only one type of engine wich fits just as well in all sorts of cars, and that is a V8.

What's the original source of that engine? And what's the displacement?

The engine (original) was pretty beat up. So we rebuilt it using Summit Racing after market pieces. As for the displacement, I'm not sure. The guys who dynoed it had some problems. Like leaking. Compression loss. Some miss fire. Oil sprays. They are repairing it Monday afternoon. I hope it goes well.

But which car is it originally from?

THe original engine was the supras. But it was cracked. So we found another supra engine in a junkyard and rebuilt it.

There have never been a Supra from the factory with a V8. There have been several conversions however.

Both with Lexus V8's and american small blocks.

Too bad i don't have an LS1 Supra pic... I've seen one before, but a quick interweb search proved fruitless.

I'm going to go pick up my brother's first car today, I've almost never liked anything my brother has chosen until now, a clean 94 Camaro with T-Tops, V6, but still nice, red with a black roof, I think it needs a CB, but thats just me

The concept of putting a big V8 in a tiny car is an old one, but also a great one!

I'd personally prefer a Shelby Cobra myself if I were going to walk down that path. The oldest is still the best.

Difficult choice really. If you mean I was stripped of the Corvette, and had the option of chosing which one of these to jump behind the wheel of and take for a spin, I'm really not sure.

The tought of getting to drive a MBT (Main Battle Tank) is truly awesome, but since I've enlisted into the armoured forces of the Norwegian army, one can't overlook the possibility that I might end up behind the wheel of a Leopard 2A4.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLX2-N_0vKk

And then, driving the Abrams wouldn't really be that much of a big deal.
