She then pulled a blanket out from under the fainting couch,and covered herself and Todd up as they lay on the fainting couch, and the two of them stirred gently under the blanket, kissing, embracing, and breathing softly, as they made out. He remained silent as he listened to the past recordings of his band and wrote on a touch-screen pad what all he needed to fix on the recording. As the songs ended, he removed the headphones and placed them on the table, along with the touch-screen pad, and ordered a Mug root beer. He ripped the paper off the straw, placed it in the drink, and hunched over, placing his elbows on the table while constantly drinking his soda with the straw still in his mouth. He touched the screen on his pad and stared at it for a moment before tapping on it a few more times. A song that he was listening to started to quietly play.
