Outside The Bar

[Guest Para Astaroth]

Sereana shut her eyes as she focused so much that the elevator began to move on it's own; her blue aurora flowing around her as she sat on the floor of the elevator.

Scarr and Shirrage both stepped out of the lift and stopped, sensing Sereana using her kinetic energy rather than her element power.  They simply waited by the lift.

Marcus stepped out of the lift and stood next to Scarr, "Whats wrong?"

Scarr stared straight ahead, "Its Sereana again.."

"...ARE you serious?!"  Marcus' tone sounded like that of annoyance.

Scarr glared defensive to Marcus.  "Mind your lips, brother.  Some words or phrases spring back far worse than they are given." 

Marcus only sighed and walked away as he realised he was overreacting too much.  He stopped in the middle of the ship with his hands clasped behind his head while having in face upwards.

[Kursed]

"What' is she doing?" Krystal asked while she  stood in front of the lift door.

"M-marcus is Serena alright?" Lupe asked.

Marcus only shrugged indefinitely.

The lift to the area where the others were reached it's destination.  Sereana then released her grip on the lift and opened here eyes; just staring ahead as she rose to her feet.

Krystal could sense Serena getting up "She's coming."Krystal said waiting in front of the door she was going to give Serena a stern talking to.

The doors opened and Sereana turned sideways, as though she were expecting Krystal.  "Step in,"  She said calmly, "I know you want to talk; emotions are too bland and clear."

Krystal sighed and stepped in "Why are you doing this Serena?" Krystal asked.

Todd and Pal played ping-pong ball with paddles and a ball, bouncing the ball towards each other off the wall of the bar.

Fay stepped up Behind Pal "Pal have you seen our children?"Fay asked.

"Because I can," She snapped back.  "I don't even know why I ever agreed to let you people help me...  Its worthless!"  Sereana then angrily stormed out of the lift and started making her way for her ship.  As soon as she grew neaer to her ship, Marcus' hand grasped onto her shoulder and pulled her away from her ship.  She stumbled around regaining her footing as she glared at the calm, yet annoyed, Marcus.  "Outta my way, Marcus--"

"No,"  he firmly responded, standing fully to her.  Sereana lunged in for a punch, but Marcus leaned out of the way and pushed her in the back with one powerful blow.  Sereana stumbled to the floor but jolted right back up, baring her teeth.  Marcus remained calm as he turned back around, fully, to Sereana again.  Sereana threw a roundhouse kick towards Marcus head, but he effortlessly blocked it with his hand, then Sereana jumped at him with her other leg, but met a powerful hand slam against her chest and slamming her to the ground with a thunderous thudd; the wind quickly escaping out her lungs.  Marcus kept a firm pressure on her chest while pinning her to the ground.

"Da--  Damn...  Y-y-you... *wheeze* Marrrrrcuuu--"

"LISTEN, you little B****!!!"  Marcus' voice growling deeply to her as it echoed through the ship and him staring at her with his cold, red eye and his pale, blind eye.  Sereana and the whole ship grew quiet; Marcus cursed for the first time in almost ages.  "Whatever it is you THINK that we are TRYING to help you is BAD is NOT WHY WE'RE HERE!!!  If you would GROW UP for a F***ING change and get off your GOD**** MENSTRIL CYCLE, then we might...  MIGHT be able to HELP YOUUUU!!!"  He glared at her darkingly as his teeth began to show and a shocked look formed on a pinned-down Sereana.  "But NO!!!  NO!!!  You have to SMACK us around and TREAT us like D*** DOGS, for GOD'S SAKE!!!  WHEN WILL YOU EVER LIGHTEN UP?!?!"  Marcus picked her body off the ground about half of a foot then quickly slammed her back to the ground; he breath escaping again.

He let go of her and got so close to he face their noses almost touched."...-gasp-  Open you worthless and pityful F***ING eyes..."  He got up and stormed to a room where he kicked a bed matress almost off and placing his hand to the wall with his head hung over and his arms, and head, were shaking from anger

Sereana remained still and shocked on the floor as tears rolled down her furr and matted it.

Lupe stood there with here mouth wide open.

Krystal sighed walking over to Serena she knelt down to her and looked at her tears were in her eyes tears because she knew what would happen had Serena gone on her own.

Sereana looked away, eyes shut from humiliation.

Shirrage and Scarr stood still with no expression on their faces.  Shirrage leaned in towards Scarr's ear, "Should we--"

"No," Scarr quickly answered, "Sereana got herself into this mess, no she will have to mustter her way out of the crater she made"  Shirrage only nodded in agreement.

Krystal sat down looking to the ground between her crossed legs sucking up the tears she just stood there looking at the ground She'd help Serena ,but she'd have to ask.

Sereana got up herself and just hung her head with shocked expression on her face.

Krystal stood up and slow set her hand onto  Serena's shoulder.

Sereana's head slowly looked at Krystal's hand, then to Krystal's eyes, until she turned fully to Krystal and gently placed her head onto her shoulder - not speaking a word.

Marcus stayed in the same position as he quietly and angrily growled under his breath; the temples on the sides of his head pumping and clearly visible with the large veins in his neck showing.

Krystal Wrapped her arm around Serena comforting her ,but not saying anything.

Lupe shut her muzzle then walked towards where marcus had stormed off.

Sereana just buried her tear-striken face into Krystal's shoulder.

Marcus' ear twitched, hearing Lupe's footsteps.

Krystal just held her there ignoring her now wet shoulder.

LUpe walked into the room and looked up to MArcus she opened her mouth but nothing came out.

Marcus turned his head away, pushing off the wall and placing his hands to his hips while his head still hung over.  "CAN YOU---  Give me a minute...?"  He asked, abruptly stopping at his growling voice and going into a calm tone.

Marcus never replied but stood, back facing Lupe.  His ears then lowered he looked slightly towards Lupe.  "...Need anything...?"

"No I'm here for you."Lupe replied "You seemed Pretty upset... I think she may have deserved that a little ,but I think you went a little overboard.

"Serena?"Krystal muttered.

Marcus' nose bridge and eyebrows were twitching from his afftershock of his rage.  He closed his eyes and several pulses of anger surged through him; he only clenched his fist.  "Its an uptight policy for a worn-torn soldier as myself."  Marcus explained.  "I've seen too much mistreatment and death to explain how much I've changed so drastically in my past 15 years of service."  He turned around and walked towards Lupe, only staring at her with apology in his eyes, and proceeded out the door.  He only glanced over at Sereana and Krystal briefly before walking back towards Scarr and Shirrage.

"Marcus," Scarr said as he saw Marcus get close.  "I do believe you have shown Sereana the light for once."

"Its good to see you actually do good for someone, for a change."  Shirrage added on.

"Yeah...  Don't mustter the fact that I did it for her and anyone else.  She has just been a pain in the back of my neck for the past few years."  Marcus struck back, halfly calm.  He pressed his back against the wall behind Scarr and Shirrage with his arms folded, and staring across the ship to Sereana.

"...Yes...?"  Sereana replied, her voice crackled.

Sereana slowly nodded on Krystal's shoulder.  "...Yeah..."  she pushed off and wiped her tears before walking away and proceeding towards Scarr and Shirrage.
