[Kursed]

"No,"  Marcus replied, shaking his head then looking up to Kursed disapprovingly.  "He's dead, Krystal; K.I.A in the Aparoid invasion on Corneria several years ago."

"Then why did she do this?"KRystal asked she put her hand back on Serena's Forehead perhaps she  could find why she kept doing it.

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"Stop,"  Marcus calmly insisted, taking Kursed's hand away from Sereana's forehead.  "I've heard enough of this as it is..."

[Kursed]

"So then what are we going to do I can't stand seeing her rot here like this... Are you sure he died? " Krystal asked "The aparoids could have taken him."

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"I shot him between the eyes, Krystal!"  Marcus retorted back, pointing to the section between his eyes.  "I know when someone's dead when I shoot the with my Dirge Phoenix." (Its the rifle you see him holding in my drawings)  Marcus then looked down at Sereana and shook his head.  "Somehow he became an influence to her killings, but she's going to have to pay for her crimes, which I'm afraid is going to be years before she's finally released."  After thinking for a moment, he looked back to Kursed, "You saw the way she acted towards you earlier, right?"  He pointed to Sereana's head, "Side-effects of past influential attacks.  If you can erase all the killings she had done from her mind, then she might return to her original self."

[Kursed]

"I'll do that  ,but I just can't...let her rot here perhaps they'll let me keep her under house arrest or something?"Krystal asked setting her hand on Serena's forehead she concentrated erasing the memories Marcus had suggested. "Besides aren't we in trouble anyway  the guard said it was classified and on top of that we just kinda broke in here."

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"I came prepared:"  Marcus said and grinned as he held out a three small metal balls.  "If it gets hasty, then we'll use these:  They're stealth illusionators.  But house arrest does sound like another alternative."  He looked down at Sereana once more.  "She won't rot and die; she's a tough kid, anyways.  She'll pull through."

[Kursed]

"I came prepared:"  Marcus said and grinned as he held out a three small metal balls.  "If it gets hasty, then we'll use these:  They're stealth illusionators.  But house arrest does sound like another alternative."  He looked down at Sereana once more.  "She won't rot and die; she's a tough kid, anyways.  She'll pull through."

"So you agree that we take her back under the condition she's under house arrest at one of our homes then?" KRystal asked.

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"Wellll...  Theres a problem."  Marcus muttered, rubbing behind his neck and looking halfway to his feet.  "Scarr, Shirrage, Silicia, and even myself, are too busy to look after her while we are gone.  So, I'm guessing we're leaving her with you McClouds."  Suddenly, the boss of the facility stepped into the cell with two guards to his sides.

"Can I help you two with anything?"  He asked calmly and assertively.  For a boss, he was quite short; shorter than the blue vixen in the cell with the red vulpine.

[Kursed]

"We're going to need to take Serena Ruddlock in to another jail she has committed Crimes in another system me and my partner were Hired to bring her to justice."Kursed lied hopeing it would work.

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"I will need to see the files regarding these crimes."  The boss requested, placing his hands behind his back and looking up at the two.

Marcus only looked over to Kursed.

[Kursed]

'should I knock him out?' Kursed asked "sure give me a second."Krystal said taking off her pack she started rummagin through it.

[Guest Para Astaroth]

I wouldn't take it that chance,  Marcus thought back.  These guys would shoot the instant you knock him out.  Marcus looked down at the guards' guns, then to the tiny boss, then down to Sereana.  As a matter of fact, I think I scanned one of her files before I left Corneria a year ago---dating back to the time Corneria was attacked and she lived on Titania at the time, killing numbered high ranked gang members there.

"Ahh, as a matter of fact, I have the files."  Marcus chimed in, raising his right hand slightly and the boss turned his attention to Marcus.

"Yes?"  He muttered, slightly interested.  Marcus pressed on the pad of his arm communicator as he looked through several files.

[Kursed]

"Yes he was suppose to remind me he had them."Kursed replied putting her pack back on.

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"My bad.  Jeez..."  Marcus grumbled, acting out their ploy.  He then pulled up the files, which transferred into actual papers into his hands and he handed them to the small boss.  He read them through and through, flipping through to the next pages, then looking down to Sereana and to Marcus, and to Kursed, until nodded; folding the papers. 

"Alright.  Carry on."  He said, pleased with the evidence and handed Marcus back the files.  He then walked out of the room as the guard standing guard shut the door.  Marcus slouched a little and sighed out loud.

"Maaaannn, that was close!  Good thing I had these in my reserved files."

[Kursed]

"What happened to those smoke balls?"Kursed asked Picking up Serena's limp body.

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"You mean, Reconasance orbs?  They're back in my communicator's inventory."  Marcus explained, pointing to his communicator on his arm.  He then held out his arms, "Let me carry her; you don't need to stress yourself over carrying someone nearly the same weight as yourself."

[Kursed]

"IF you insist."KRystal said handing Serena over to marcus.

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"Alright, let's get outta here."  Marcus insisted, knocking on the cell door.  It soon began to unlock as it slowly opened up and Marcus stepped out with Sereana over his shoulder. 

"Have a pleasant day, you two."  The guard said calmly to Marcus and Kursed, and Marcus turned halfway to him and nodded.

"Big mistake."Krystal grwoed swingin her staff around to hit Jack  it eimiteed a greeen aura sending a  powerful blow into the spartan behind her.

his shield,taking the hit was reduced to about 3/4 of it's normal protectiveness.

jumped back,and yelled"flare!"

"i'm on it!" the dragon replied,and brought our his gravity hammer,and slamed it down near krystal

[Kursed]

"RIS  MOVE" KRystl said she was in the air  form ther staffs roxket boost as she came down staff first a large quake hit the ground near flare.

Marcus and Kursed finally left the massive facility and flew back to the area where Scarr and Shirrage were.  Marcus got out, with Sereana in Kursed's ship, and told the two to go ahead and fly back to the bar since everything under control.

"But...  What about Sereana?"  Scarr curiously asked as Marcus escorted him to his ship.

"We'll discuss this whenever we get back there.  Right now, she's taking a, errrr...  Nap."  Marcus replied as Scarr got into his ship, followed by Shirrage getting into his and the two roaring off back to the bar.

Marcus walked back to Kursed and placed his hands onto her shoulder.  "Now...  You take care of her.  I don't want her to follow the path she was taking and neither do I want to see her in her usual depressive mood."  He had small tears welling up in his left eye as he stared down at Kursed, but never knew it.  "She is too much of a good kid to go off like that."
