The Aparoid Queen and the fake voices

I was just on another topic when I heard something about the Aparoid Queen using James to manipulate Fox, but now that you think about it, the Aparoid Queen uses things she absorbed right? So how could she use James if he died before Star Fox Assault? :?

I think it were just an image she had drawn from Fox's head and were using against him.

But how did she do it then? Because none of the aparoids even touched him, so how could they do that?

Mind reading? She have to be some kind of telepath to send those illusions to Fox, and I can't imagine that is much easier than taking information out.

Wouldn't that be cool though if James was still somehow alive, and that was him in 64 & Assault?

But everyone saw it not just FOx.

And since Peppy was in a escape pod we can clearly assume she din't have him either. AND FOX KNEW ABOUT THIS!

I wish...but, I dunno, I think Nintendo has rendered the verdict of James being...dead...I could be wrong, tho.. :)

The Aparoid Queen used Pigma's memories to mimic General Pepper, Peppy, and James, all whom Pigma knew....she transmitted those images, all false, to the Star Fox Team to try to fool them.

She had also absorbed General Pepper to an extent, so she could have gotten the memories from him too.

Ah-ha! *Facepalms* Why didn't I see it before! She used Peppy's, General Pepper's, and Pigma's Mind to do it! *Slaps himself and knocks himself out of the chair* how could I call myself a fan if it was in front of me all along!?

I wonder if James ever encountered the aparoid queen

I hope we see James in the next SF, I'll bet that James isn't a hallucination.

I always thought due to the  black hole he was suppsoe to be sucked into he was in another dimension and could speak to fox Like through Krystal's telepathy.

wouldn't Krystal know if he was doing that?

yes that is a good picture ,but honestly i don't think Krystal can sense him  unless it's through Fox.

Firstly, please refrain from vague thread titles. The title of a thread is supposed to be a very concise statement about the content of the thread. "Have you ever thought about it?" is vague and gives people no clue what the thread is about.

Secondly, this thread discusses a character from SFAd in the context of that game, thus belongs on the SF Cubed board.

Thirdly, James is dead.

I have corrected the first two for you.

The third? Well, there's still debate, but the evidence favors that he is dead...

Well like I was saying in the Starfox Debate thread, James could have possibly been asssimlated by the Aparoids thus why he was never heard of again. (Be this due to the work of Andross, Pigma, or Wolf.)

Once the Starfox team defeated the Aparoid queen, James could have went back to being normal, and that's why he was a playable person in Command.

That could be what happened, maybe...but bear in mind, SF Command isn't considered canon...still a nice thought, though, I hope you're right ;)

I agree!

Ok, lets put all those ideas together.

James got sucked into the black hole and it spit him out into some aparoid territory. He got assimilated. Fox kills the steryroid aparoid queen. James is freed. Yay.
