Brutus
So, why do you think Lucasfilm got away with Star Wars ripping of Star Fox entirely? I mean, both the ships, the characters and much of the plot are just stolen right away.... how could Nintendo just let them run with it? Because i never heard anything about them getting sued... did they?
Braux
Which Starwars are you talking about? The originals (Ep: 4-5-6 For those of you who go with canon) came out waay before Starfox (1993), like late 70's, mid 80's. Unless your talking about the newest ones... er, I won't start on those... Plus I really don't see much similarities, could you explain?

Agreed!I see the resemblances in some of the ships, but...if you're talking about the originals, then if anything, Star Fox copied them, as did Independence Day (the evil aliens' fighter ships resemble dark A-Wings), and many other space sci-fi movieslots of movie and game franchises/series copy one another to some point, or they copy off of the classics (Heck, Star Trek is essentially a jazzed up "Homer's Odyssey"....) Those ships look alot like A-wings...yep....thanks!yeah, and Star Fox definitely copied Independence Day for the Katina level of SF 64...WARNING, Video Contains Swearing:Also, the following quote: "Never give up! Trust your instincts!"was from Star Wars as well (first said by Obi Wan Kenobi to Luke Skywalker, I believe)

Guest ReEfiniZ
I do see a little 'resemblence' between StarFox and Starwars, but whether StarFox stole or took similar aspects of StarWars, I still think that StarFox is just a anthrophomorphic version of StarWars sometimes lmfao.
