Poor Slippy, one of the reasons the guy gets such a bad rap is due to the bad voice acting decisions that Nintendo makes for the character. Which one grates on  you the most? (Yes, he sounds frighteningly girlish in 64, but is it really the most annoying?)

The reason he sounded like a female in 64 is because he were voiced by one. :lol:

The same one who did Katt if I'm not mistaken.

I think his adventures one were most anoying. He weren't girlish enough to sound funny like in 64, and not enough like Assault to sound even somewhat normal.

Second that. I REALLY hate Slippy's Adventures voice  :x. His voice in that game sounds like Mickey Mouse and the Pillsbury Doughboy put together.

Adventures voice is soo great. only for one reason... when he throws the wrench at the juke box making weird grunting noises, just sounds so funny.

I dunno, I'd say the Japanese assault voice. Also, how come the Japanese assault sight looks so much cooler then english...

yeah, that WAS good! hee hee!

Yeah, but in SF Adventures, almost all the main voices (except for Krystal's voice) sucked, Fox sounds like he's in puberty, Peppy sounds 80 years old and constipated, Falco sounds like a European tourist trying to hide his accent, and Slippy sounds like....ugh!

His voice in Adventures kinda sucks now that I think about it. It was better in Starfox 64, he sounded like a girl but it was epic. lol

It was REALLY that dreadful for you? I find Slippy's SFA voice bad but I never thought it'd be nightmare inducing.

Mine least favorites have to be the Adventures voice, and even more worse than that, his Brawl voice when you use taunts on Corneria.
