lol, the funny part is... when *I* was 14, there was no Krystal.  There was no SF64, because there was no N64!  I was 16 when that hit the market, and already driving. lmao!

I'm an OLD SCHOOL Star Fox fan, baby!  I got SF for Easter back in 1993, a month before my 13th birthday.  I still own that and the cartridge still works.  Without having to blow on the damn thing.  It doesn't even have the little "platinum certified" logo on it.  I predate the NES, lmao!

HEY!  Wanna hear the funniest part of all?

My ex-wife Christy AND my current GF, Dawn... BOTH 10 years older than me.  So stay away from those cougar bars, you guys.  lmao.

Now tell me that ain't a hoot?  I've totally converted Dawn into Furry, too.  Muwahaha. Ahem.

;) I was 4 years old when I first played SF back in '93 I never had my own game console until '99, that's when my SF64 addiction started, still going strong after all these years :D

Wow....you have your own WikiFur page.....talk about famous. LOL

*Scoffs at the notion of fame*  ...Hardly.

A few readers took pictures off of my myspace page and made it on wikifur.  That thing is outdated, too.  A Break in Chaos, the band, ended in mid 2009.  I drummed and played bass for And It Must Occur since then.  There are a few other things out of date on that page, too but... whatever.  I've fixed it a few times on days where I was really bored but... LOL that picture of me with Richie was like... 5 years ago.  The one of me with the guitar is pretty recent, but I'm clean shaven since then.  Urf.

Wikifur isn't like Wikipedia... if you make a furry page about yourself, it stays up.  It just have to have some sort of relevance to the fandom community.  I write fan fiction... a lot.  And I play music a lot... I've had Sub Level 03 ask me to move out to Oklahoma City 50 times.  But I can't just up and leave my kids, y'know?  And they're some big-time furry band.

At any rate, I'm not famous.  When I get famous, I'll let you know but... I'll still talk to everyone.  Famous people who shun others are totally lame.

*grins*  I'm working on getting to that status.  It's complicated.  Long story short, I'm currently playing and writing music with a few guys who have serious connections.  One of them was already in signed bands with Jive, Arista (LA REED days), and Atlantic.  The other one has a rich, famous Uncle who has his own morning show on a DC radio station.

We started our collaboration this year (Three weeks ago) and we hope to have our demo complete and stuff like that... well... probably by May or June.  Then it'll take a few months to shop for a contract.  I plan on using music to platform my writing career (or the other way around if it were to happen that way first) but... I'm keeping my fingers crossed... thing is, I can't really talk about this collaboration yet.  It's kinda lame but... yeah.  Whatever.  One of the members can't let it get out until his contract ends in April with Jive Records.  He doesn't want to resign with that band.  They'll just find another musician to fill his spot.

Meh.  So... I keep that stuff off of my pages and don't talk about names or anything so that it doesn't accidentally wind up on pages like my wikifur page.

For now though... i keep my fingers crossed and I remain patient!  Eee!

But even getting signed won't mean I'm famous.  An album has to actually SELL, first.

I will get to you on the music connections. I'm trying to break in the music industry too. I really want to do that because music is my life. I hope you have a successful time breaking into the industry. :D

Okay, now back to the topic at hand here. I also like StarFox for the really awesome fanfictions that are written. The gameplay of them are pretty innovative at the time, especially when the first game came out. The SuperFX Chip basically revolutionized gaming for the better.

HAHA awesome!  See?  I'm MENTALLY YOUNG!  Or, as some people would say... I'm immature.

Dem's mah boys.  lmao.

But yeah, man.  Born 1980.  LMAO!  I was born while Jimmy Carter was still in office! XDDDD  John Lennon was still alive, for Chri'sake!

And I'm TOTALLY not offended when I'm told I don't act 29. lol.  I'm just hyper off a box of nerds tonight.  God I love those candies.  They're amazing. xD

I'm 9 years older than your oldest son according to your page. wait you wrote the project kursed story! cool.

lmao.

Okay, I'm 29 now.  Richie was conceived when I was 18, broke, and dumb as a box of scarabs.

I'm double your age, haha.  Therefor I out rank you!  Yeah!  WOO!  Something else I love about Star Fox.  I was younger than you are now, back when it came out.  xDDD

I can't believe the franchise is EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD now!!!!!!!!

Wow! 29, and a parent.  It's cool there's another fan or two here at SF-O close to my age.

You're 2 years older than me.  I remember when I was 14 and SF64 came out, but I was too poor to afford an Nintendo 64, so I never really got to play SF64.  All my "friends" who had it, didn't ever invite me to play it.  Backstabbing stupid pricks.

Getting the original Star Fox game was the only high point of my crappy childhood.

I knew it was a matter of time before the SF series created someone like Krystal, but as a kid, there was no Krystal for me either.  I grew up hearing about Fara Phoenix, but I didn't know who the @#$% she was at first.

I first saw Krystal when I was 20, in 2002.  I thought she was very interesting, and unique (I still think she is), and it rekindled my interest in Star Fox.

I'd say the fact of how Starfox was when I was younger, though I got my arse handed to me, I still kept playing the game :D .  Also, when I first played Adventures, I was going WTF because it seemed to have nothing to do with Starfox...

HAHAHA don't believe EVERYTHING you read that is posted by someone other than the person it's about.  I guess I should take that out. I did NOT write the project kursed story!  I wrote Reflections of a New Generation and that MAY have been one of the first stories to show Kursed as a doppelganger.  But I assure you, I did NOT write the Project Kursed story.

LMFAO

The picture is titled, "KRYSTAL FINALLY ENJOYS HER SANDWICH!" and it's a picture of her eating a sandwich!  LMAO

I guess that's what SHE loves about Star Fox... she can eat a sandwich!

It sucks about your childhood :( Hope things get better, they eventually do.

I played Star Fox SNES at my cousins house, a loooong time ago, I never really got into it though, Super Mario World was my favorite at that time. I got a N64 in '99, my cousin gave me it along with SF64, that's when I became a huge SF fan :)

What do I love about the series? Well, the sci-fi vibe that it gives off appealed to me in a very big way, the fact that just like all other video games, it has characters that you can relate yourself to, and a few other things that I can't remember. Most of all, it was one of my best friends that got me into the Star Fox experience. If I hadn't heard about the series as a whole, then there would have been a good chance that I wouldn't have gotten into it. To be absolutely honest, I didn't know anything about the Star Fox series as a kid until my friend told me about it. He used to talk about it all the time when we hung out together, and I was really fascinated by everything that he told me. I got so into the vibe that I thought "Hey, maybe I should experience this Star Fox thing for myself, and see what I think of it." Sure enough, I ended up getting Star Fox Assault before my birthday through an online order on Gamestop's website. My mother was the one who ordered it for me, in case you're wondering. It took about five days for it to get to my house, and when I got it, I was a little hesitant to put in and play it, but I eventually had the guts to try it out. The moment I popped the disc in and saw Slippy for the first time since I only heard about him before I even got the game, something hit me. Something unusual, yet strikingly similar to me. I immediately sensed that his intelligence was similar to my own and when I saw his eyes, I noticed that they were the same color as mine. I also sensed that his personality was the same as mine. I was completely shocked, thinking (This guy is just like me, except he's a toad. This is beginning to freak me out.  O_o) I came to my senses and played the game anyway. I have to say, it was really cool.  :) To this very day, I still love the Star Fox series as a whole, even though I'm almost 20 years old.

wow that is awsome, I love SF since I was like 6, I'm 16 now, however, the character I identified immediately was with fox, same eye color, and I'm as stubborn as he is.
