Ok I was curious, what makes you love starfox.

In my case it's the characters and the plot (excluding command of course)

fox and Krystal xd mainly.

But it just rocks.

The Arcade-style gameplay/fun n' fast paced (SF64)

The unlockables, characters, storyline, and multiplayer (SF:A)

Multiple ships/portable gameplay/map and character movements (SFC)

And yeah... I guess the whole series has its good points, I guess the adventuring part of SFAd was kind of 'meh' for me.

Guest Julius Quasar

I'm a furry

I like the Sci-Fi element (simple, unlike Star Trek and Star Wars)

The franchise itself isn't as heavily perverted/bastardized like Star Wars, and Star Trek

Krystal!  :D

The flying/dogfight element(s)

I wish i could answer that...

A lot of it has to do with how amazing the gameplay is, and how funny the voice acting is.

A lot of other stuff, but thats a few points.

The gameplay, especially on the first two games- and by first two, I mean Star Fox and Star Fox 64. (still have never played SF2  :() It was a lot of fun, and the story, score, and characters really added to my enjoyment of it. I was also a big Star Wars fan growing up, so I think that also added to things.

Newer installments, although weaker, give the series a lot of potential to try new things, I like that, and to see further development of characters like Star Wolf and such. On foot missions are something I do hope to see in other games. I remember being a kid and imagining a Star Fox game where he and the team get out of the ships and battle. So as such, I will always eagerly follow and love the SF franchise.

Pretty much the same with me. Except I rediscovered the previous games trough playing Adventures.

At first, just flying and blowing things up.

but later, the characters, character development and plot. I'm ignoring command.

And we don't have any pilots like Krystal on Earth...

Starfox + Starfox 64 for the gameplay (just the gameplay. I never really got into the plots of any of the games, especially with Adventures and Assault).

Everything else: well, Starfox 64 and Starfox are the only ones I like, lol

HAHA, just talking to my friend, and he wrote,

"But remember a while ago when every day you were all "MAN I JUST BEAT STARFOX LIKE 6 TIMES""

I very did beat it 6 times in a day, multiple times.

That's another reason why I love Starfox, Great replay ability, and music.

Oh, dear. I hope I don't offend anybody by saying this, but I'm not a huge fan of Adventures OR Krystal. It completely warped the traditional style of gameplay.

And, honestly, I like PantherXKrystal better than KrystalXFox. D; Sorry, guys.

whoa whoa whoa Krystal warped the tradition style? no your mistaken my dear  Adventures changed the style what is it with you people and being afraid of Change And I really doubt PantherXKrystal will ever happen in cannon. I think you reallly need to look into this Catwings.

KrystalXPanther.... Don't like that, mainly because there two different species, peppy must have married another hare, seeing as how his daughter isn't a Chimera, Slippy and Amanda, Falco... and himself, Fox and Krystal, No messed up relationships there, and in command, Krystal didn't seem too into the whole Krystal Panther thing, she was on the team, just not into Krystal Panther.

Also bugs me how apparently where Krystal comes from they have a British accent.

Yet another reason why I love Starfox, in assault, it's a third person shooter, but none like most other. It has Nice stages, that are massive, and fun, other then that, I dunno what's different, but it just feels so very different.

it makes sense since she actually grew up on Sauria that she'd have a accent

I liked Assault because the flying stages just felt similar to Starfox 64, and the 4-person multiplayer made a re-appearance.

It's also a much more friendly game then contemporary first and third person shooters. I tried Halo 3 and couldn't take it, too many things to know. Heck, it took me a couple VS rounds to figure out how to properly use the barrier in Assault. Starfox just seems more based around having fun rather then being realistic. Besides, once you're a space Marine in a robot suit blowing up aliens, I find it difficult to take seriously, so you may as well have some fun.

Catwings, I can see how you might prefer Krystal and Panther to Krystal and Fox, but just imagine what would happen to Fox without Krystal! :(

Heh, I know it makes sense that she'd have an accent, but still, It's British! I love British accents, but hers is like, British plus a something, that has to be balanced by subtracting to the other side of the equation, where the other side is coolness. Oh well, just one of em little smigets of uncomfortableness.

From what I've seen of relationships like that back on Earth, it's likely to end up more like this:
