Prologue

Samus Aran has Come to a old Home world of the Chozo upon the planet she finds many ruins of the once Peaceful and glorious civilization and something that brings her back to the days when she was 3 years old when the human colony K2-L was destroyed here parents killed and she was saved by the Chozo and then became their Warrior ,However this planet has a lot more to it than meets the eye Besides being dangerously corrupted by Phazon on one half of the planet, two more "dangers" lurk on the planet.

Before I start I'd like to thank Jack Thorn the creator of Paths of Fate for letting me use his planet's name and Zero Flare (voice of Krystal in Paths of Fate)  for her knowlage and details of the Metroid series.

Chapter One: The Uncharted Home.

Samus Aran  Arrives in orbit of the Uncharted Planet known as Nyx After  receiving an anonymous distress call. Upon being able to see the Surface of the Planet it becomes apparent to her why the Distress signal was sent.  In the distance a Large Leviathan has unleashed a Phazon Corruption on the planet; however this was just the beginning.  Already Samus could sense Dread in the atmosphere as she got out of her Gunship and walked down the Ramp. Was it really that Eerie or was something else making this place so dreadful? She couldn’t dwell on that for now.

The landing site was a barren wasteland with no plant life or Grass to hold the dirt down  there was no wind blowing. As Samus walked on she could spot a Sandstorm being whipped up in the far horizon. Various ruins were left on the barren wasteland Samus recognized them as Chozo Ruins. She continued onward till she noticed something on the ground it was the body of a dead Space Pirate with a Metroid sucking the last bits of life from it however it was not the small Metroid that had killed this Space Pirate it had a large wound in it’s torso section almost a sort of burn and cut at the same time.

‘What sort of weapon does this kind of damage?’ Samus thought to herself using her Ice beam cannon to freeze the Metroid as it detached from the Dead Space Pirate crushing it with her foot. Just as she finished crushing the Frozen metroid into smaller pieces she noticed something in  the dirt a piece of Chozo armor and on it she Recognized  the Emblem as one of the Zebes  Chozo faded away. As she picked it up and looked at it  a tear came to Samus’ eye as  flashbacks flashed In her head. She was back on KL-2 many years ago The Chozo Named Old Bird was taking her to Zebes from the destroyed human Colony. Her memory flashed to a Drawling by herself of Old bird and another Chozo either arguing with Old bird or saying something to him her Flash backs continued...
