Super Smash Bros. now on Virtual Console!

Star Fox Runner

Recommended Posts

I was looking through the Wii Shop Channel, and I saw that the first Smash Bros is up for download. I already have the N64 version, but I might go ahead and download it.

Ho ho ho, I had been told it was coming out before Christmas, just thought it might be a little sooner. Why would you buy it if you already got the n64 version  I got n64, and thees no lag or anything. If it where banjo twoiee that'd totally make sense, cause it lags on the n64.

Maybe because he, like me, finds the N64 controllers to be rubbish. The control stick is vague, and wears out fast.

No, its not that. I actually like the N64 controller. (Though it COULD have used a better analog stick.)

It's that whenever I cart my Wii over to a friend's house, a lot of us LOVE N64 games, but I can't carry both over, so if I have the game on the Wii, it makes for less stuff to carry.

Also, the N64 is starting to get up there in years, and you never know if the save battery in the cartridge is going to wear out soon, or if my N64 just suddenly stops working because its worn out, so I download the games I own to preserve them.

I would pick the N64 controller 10 times out of 10.  (cause I grew up on it )

SSB64 is one of my favorite games (and also one of the games I grew up on)  It's just a classic
