Thomas Draco
I saw this failing in the first place. Heh, I sure am pessimistic...Oh well, we'll just have to be patient and wait for ol' Ninty to make one...
Tiberius
I have lost trust in Nintendo. They hardly come by with their so called "commitments." Only rarely now adays do they have a good long lasting game. I mean, right now, they have games like Super Mario Bros Wii, and Wii Sports Resort. They arent good unless you have several different players.
Fox-Shot
To be honest, Starfox is too big of a franchise to just drop, I mean the CDi didn't ruin Zelda and Mario (Yeah I know they aren't licensed.) The PC didn't ruin Mario via a typing game or Luigi via a "Carmen San Diego" clone. Chances are Starfox will be back eventually. I actually would get it no matter what it was like, because I liked all of the Starfox games including Adventures and Assault because I like the game not just because of the gameplay and game engine. , but the story, characters, and rewarding feelings you can get by playing it. StarFoxIII
It's a new decade now. Star Fox is far too important a series to Nintendo to just throw away like an old sandwich or something like that. I have a feeling that Nintendo will say something about Star Fox at in the early years (2010-2013) of this new decade. Star Fox should be in our hearts and prayers for this new time. Starfox mccloud15
that or here is my plan!We all travel to japan after gaining enough people from all the forums, set up on the entrance with SF signs and stuff and don't allow miyamoto or anybody else inside nintendo's main building, if the police comes we throw SFC cartridges at them until they flee :D:D:D:D''Sugar fueled insanity rush''

Asper Sarnoff
One thing that actually struck me. It takes a long time to develop a game. Even more if it is going to be good. Whe're talking years. Tough, I have a feeling they're actually working on the next game now.Tacticaly speaking, the wisest move would be to send thanks-letters to Nintendo just after they released a new game, not ask for a new one several years after. I waited a few years patiently for Nintendo to release Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and they both came out great. We just need to have faith in Nintendo. Tiberius
Well, they announced Metroid Prime Trilogy only a month before publishing. But Metroid: Other M was previewed more than a year before release date.
StarFoxIII
Well, they announced Metroid Prime Trilogy only a month before publishing. But Metroid: Other M was previewed more than a year before release date. That's cuz Metroid Prime Trilogy is a compilation game, which takes little time to make they're a bunch of existing games in one disc, and the other game (Metroid: Other M) is a new game, which takes more effort to make than a compilation like Namco Museum or Sonic Mega Collection. Tiberius
if there is one, it would've been announced at E3. If we just keep sending in fanmail, it will get them to start making it. But I think, since we've seen hints of Starfox in current games, like Wii Sports Resort in the dogfight mode (you can DO A BARREL ROLL!), that they're testing different methods of control to see which is best. Steve
Nintendo works in mysterious ways most of the time (NOA, I'm looking at you). Fan mail? won't work, and if they ever consider fan mail, japan will get a huge priority over us most likely ( a good example is SSBB). StarFox Wii will come whenever it comes, I'd rather see a TRUE polished game than something crappy or really out of place. Patience is your best friend here. Also, we can even PRETEND to be Japanese and maybe we might get what we wish from Nintendo .
