Owner/Technical Admin Sideways Posted January 9, 2010 Owner/Technical Admin Share Posted January 9, 2010 I play Return to Castle Wolfenstein as well as ET:QW. RTCW is one of the best team based fps ever. EVER. The game is 9 years old and still has a good following to it. You cannot a retail copy anymore, but you can buy it from Steam and play it that way. It's well worth the $20. I tried to play TF2 once, didn't care for it. It's probably me, cause the only real fps I still play is the wolfenstein series. RtCW has some great mods (Banimod and Shrubmod) and some great custom maps too.EDIT: Just look at my sig. I have over 300 hours of RTCW, lol. Isn't Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory free, or do you need RTCW to play it?
Owner/Technical Admin Sideways Posted January 9, 2010 Owner/Technical Admin Share Posted January 9, 2010 Enemy Territory is a free standalone game. I have a server for ET that isn't running atm. ( I pay $15 a month for a server that has about 10-15 different games installed on it. Only one can be running at a time - RTCW is currently running now.)Both Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Enemy Territory:Quake Wars require you to buy the game.
