:wolf:

From one of the panoramic windows of Sargasso space stations, a single figure gazed out into the dark space as the group of fighters grouped together and set of towards their destination. He could hardly surpress how worried he was for the safety of the one leading the group. She had been trained to the best of her abilities, forged into a terrifying weapon of war, but would it be enough to pull trough in this mission?

"Good luck. My daughter." Wolf said as the fighters disappeared out of sight.

"This is gonna be awesome!  Let's raise hell!" said Cliff.

"Stick to the plan, Cliff, remember that." said Attila sternly over the comms.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah...just keep us covered, okay?" Cliff replied.

"Will, do, Cliff....also, be careful aboard that ship.

They may have a thing or two up their sleeves." warned Attila.

"Freya, I've got contact on the target. Ten-fifty miles off at 12 O'clock low, heading about 120 degrees relative to us."

For once, the radar seemed to be working properly, without needing somebody in the back seat fussing over it.

"Looks like about half a dozen escorts."

He reached down the the arming panel.

Predator racks armed front and aft, master arm switch... on.

The radar locked on to the big cruiser, but the missiles couldn't yet lock on the shield generators.

"I'll be in range in a couple of minutes. When I salvo off four Predators, Freya and Cliff, break off left and head around behind the cruiser to the far side. Atilla, you stick with me, we'll distract the escorts. At least two of the Predators should hit, so the shields will be down for you."

They were now inside 400 miles, and the Predator missiles under Silver's ship began to lock on the shield generators.

Krystal opened here eyes she was on the Cruiser in a space  garden she stood up and pulled out her staff , standing there she made no movments as if she were a statue her breathing was slow short and rhythmic adding to her look of being a statue, since her cheast was not  bobbing up and down at least not visably

The team was almost inside 200 miles from the target, and the missiles were locked on and ready to go. Silver double checked the armament panel, then keyed his microphone.

"Fox Three."

Four identical Predator missiles dropped off the bottom of the StarCat at three-second intervals. They would fall for a second, then their rocket motor would light and they streak off towards their targets, the first and third missiles headed for the upper shield generator, and the second and fourth for the lower one.

Almost simultaneously, Freya hauled the Huntress into a hard left turn and boosted away, and Cliff followed suit. The attack was on.

"After you, Atilla." Silver said, as he followed the progress of the missiles on his radar screen.

"Right on!" Attila replied to Silver.  He then fired upon the escort vessels, to get their attention.  "Come and get me, you sonsabitches!" he taunted them over the comm channel.

"All right!" Cliff said, watching as Attila and Silver began to duel with the escort fighters, luring them away as planed.  Cliff then set his sights on the cargo vessel, now vulnerable.  "Let's rob these buttheads." he said.

"With Pleasure," Freya grinned. Since She was feeling charitable, so she backed off a little, inviting Cliff to be first in.

Silver watched Atilla dive in to a fight with the first three Cornerian escort fighters. He dove straight in, guns blazing, and took out the middle fighter on the first pass. He zipped in between the two remaining fighters and peeled off in a right turn, as the Cornerian fighters split off in pursuit.

Silver smiled, seeing Atilla's enthusiastic attack. Rather then follow him in, he pulled up and accelerated perpendicular to the fight. At the top of his climb, he pulled the nose over and dove back towards the swirling fighters below. He switched from missiles to the StarCat's cannon, and the pipper appeared on the HUD. Before he could fire, however, the Cornerian fighter behind Atilla he was lining up on overshot, and Atilla blew it to bits. The remaining escort fighter broke off the fight and headed back towards the cruiser.

"HA! That's two for me and none for you, Silver!" Atilla gloated playfully.

"You're gonna need the head start," Silver replied. "Watch."

The cruiser was in sight now, and just as both the cats looked at it, there were two large explosions, one above and one below the ship.

"That was the Predators. The shields should definitely be down now. Freya, Cliff, I hope you're close to boarding."

With the explosions came a cloud of fighters, all heading towards Silver and Atilla.

"Atilla, here we go. Remember, we're just keeping them busy," He grunted as he rolled to dodge an inbound shot. "staying alive takes priority over kill count."

(Sorry guys, I had to help my mom's friend move, all day long, now I know how the Snowhorn Tribe felt when General Scales forced them to work as slaves in the Darkice Mines).

Attila did a barrel roll, and took on more escort fighters.  Whoever he didn't blast to bits, he at least crippled their fighter significantly.  He managed to get one fighter behind him, and one fighter ahead of him.  When the escort fighter fired upon him, he dropped out of the way at the last second, and the CDF fighter ended up shooting a fellow friendly fighter by misake.  "Suckers..." Attila snickered.

Cliff fired multiple shots, and blasted his way into the cargo hull.  He docked inside the hangar, and readied his on foot weapons.

Cliff got out of his fighter, took cover, and held his weapon at the ready, as he waited for Freya.

Freya shot into the hanger, landing neatly and disengaging her four-point harness before the ship had even fully stopped. Once the canopy would open, she jumped out. She had a blaster on one hip, and a hunting knife on the other. A projectile pistol was tucked in a shoulder holster. She saw Cliff crouched next to his fighter. Freya nodded, then waved him forward as she pulled the pistol. Better to let him go first. If people started shooting, best to be in behind.

Cliff began to run amok in the cruiser, doing stuff like this:

He smashed a security camera, and as the ship's captain made an alert to the security levels, Cliff tied up the security officer in Zone 4, taped his mouth shut, and placed him in front of the camera, with a note taped to his chest reading "I'M A BUTTHEAD!", with the "T"s crooked, and the "E" backwards.

"Zone 4, check in!" said the captain.  No response.  "ZONE 4!, CHECK IN!  Zone 4, do you copy!" shouted the captain.  The screen, which was static, now showed the bound and gagged security officer, with the I'm a butthead!" sign on him.  "MMMPH!  Mph!" shouted the guard, before the screen went to static.

"What the...?!  'I'M A BUTTHEAD!'!?  It's Cliff!" said the ship captain.

Cliff was now tampering with a security camera.  He made it stop swiveling, and was confronted by 2 security officers in the ship, who didn't recognize him.  They asked him about an intruder  Cliff told them he was repairing a security camera.  "...Well, make sure you keep your eyes peeled for this 'Cliff' guy, I hear he's a real nut case!" said one security officer.  "Yeah...this guy's a real jerk!" said the other security officer, as they continued onwards.

"They call this 'security'!?  Gimmie a break...now if you'll excuse me, I got some 'repair work' to do!  Haha!" said Cliff, as he spray painted red paint all over the camera.

As the captain got prepared to find Cliff, he saw a printout of Cliff's image from one of the cameras.  The captain gasped.  "It was Cliff!  Attention all stations, please be on full alert! Cliff McCloud is loose in the cruiser!" he said over the PA.

As Cliff was being pursued by the security officers, he dumped a crate of ball bearings on the corridor floor, making them slip and fall.  "Have a nice trip, see ya' next winter!" he said.  "It's 'FALL', you idiot!  'Have a nice trip, see you next FALL'!" shouted one of the officers.

Cliff then opened the cover to a main fuse box, and he pulled out the plug, blanketing the Cruiser's main areas in darkness, temporarily.

(Slightly OT, but I wish they'd bring back that ride to all Universal Theme Parks:

)

As Cliff had the staff distracted, Freya began to loot the necessary goods, piling them into Cliff's vessel.  Cliff still ran amok throughout the cruiser.  He approached the room Krystal was hiding in.  "Wonder what's in here!?" he asked, the handles rattling as he opened the doors....

Outside, Attila still fought off the escort fighters, keeping them distracted, protecting himself as best he could, while still covering Silver.  As Attila fought, he thought, in the back of his mind, about his mother, and he wondered how she was doing now.  He swore he'd find his biological father one day, and make him pay for what he did to Akasha.

After Cliff and Freya's looting job, she decided it was time to have some of her own fun. She took and opposite route from Cliff, who had set off the entire ship onto red alert. Obviously he had forgotten about the plan to blow the safety foam, and wasn't sure how good an idea it was to do it now, seeing as he probably wasn't wearing his breather. Yet, she had seen that it was with him, and it wouldn't take so much trouble for him to put it on.

She found herself a data panel in the side of one of the corridor walls. Since Cliff had let everyone know they were there, she didn't do anything to hide her presence in the system. She looked up a map, finding her current location, and the room that housed the security outputs from the ships security feeds.  She found that, since the ship was so massive, each deck had its own outpost. No matter, she only needed one, and the closest on was directly below her, two floors down on D Deck. She headed for a lift, more than a little surprised when it actually responded to her call. She'd been more than expecting an arduous crawl through the Jeffery's tubes. She slipped it, and before she had a change to tell her destination, the LED display lit up orange, and the doors closed. Override from the security detail, and they were calling from D Deck. Freya smirked, weren't they about to get a hell of a surprise, and got ready, leaning against the waist-height, silver railing and waiting for the lift to stop.

When it did, the doors opened to reveal six fulled armed and armoured men, waiting to rush into the elevator and up to challenge the internal threat. They stopped short when they saw her, dumbfounded. She smirked playfully at them.

"Why hello boys, funny seeing you here."

Her voice snapped at least one out of his stupor, for he cried out in recognition and brought his weapon to bear; a long barrelled plasma rifle that no doubt packed enough fire-power to turn her into scorched earth. And he might have, but raising the beast was all he had time for before Freya took the one step needed to cross the lift, and slammed the heel of her hand has hard as she could into his muzzle. He looked to be the young hotshot of the group, trying to impress by not wearing the helmet that was a mandatory -and very important- part of the uniform. While Freya was sure he thought he was being cool, he would evidently be rethinking his decision of going without full armour ever again after such painful contact. Bones crunched, and blood poured down his face as he cried out in agony and his eyes began to water. He stumbled backwards, away from his attacker, obstructing the three people behind him. Two others were smart enough to step back, and the one immediately to Freya's right raised his own blaster, pointing at her head and pulling the trigger.

Freya felt her heart jump. He had foolishly held the trigger for just one extra second, want to make sure this b*tch actually died. That extra second was just long enough. Instead of moving away, Freya stepped in as close as she possibly could. With an arm motion, she trapped the long barrel under her left arm, forcing the bolt to be discharged into the floor. She felt the heat as the round shot past her leg, and fought the urge to cry out as drops of superheated metal lept up from the newly created hole and bit into her leg.

While her first victim had been foolish, he'd also been lucky. His lack of helmet meant she could completely incapacitate him without killing him. This man, not so. Instead, she grabbed the double barrelled pistol on his hip, unclipping the holster easily. She switched it from plasma to projectile, which almost certainly be armour piercing, and shoved it up under his ribs. He fell limp almost as soon as she'd pulled the trigger, the bullet going right through hand thudding into the wall behind him. Two bullets put down the two units in her way, and she bolted off down the hall, plasma rounds hurling past her as she ran. She switched to plasma in order to preserve her projectiles, and fired half heartedly in return.

Once she turned the corner, however, she forgot about them completely, instead running at break-neck speed towards her target. Rounds from the gun were persuasive to the lock holding the outpost closed, but it nothing to affect a sneaky entrance. However, the two guards were still in their seats when she entered. They rose in unison, both looking away at the same time to fumble with their holsters. She took this opportunity to slam their heads together hard enough that it sent them both tumbling to the floor. She found the whole scene almost comical.

She could hear the two she'd left standing running down the hall. They couldn't have been more than two seconds away. She pulled on her mask, and reached up to press the button on the control pad marked EMERGENCY FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. She grinned.

Hope you're ready, Cliff, because all hell's about to break loose.

"Cliff you couldn't have gotten here on  you own  where's the rest of your team?"Krystal asked taking a key out of her pocket and taking the shock collar off.

"I dunno, I-wait a minute, if you're a slave here, why would you be a guard...and why would you have a key to a shock collar!?" Cliff asked, eyeing Krystal suspiciously.

He got on his comm "It's Cliff...what do I do about Krystal?" he asked Freya.

"Krystal? What's she doing here!?" The sound of blaster-fire echoed in the background. "Hell i dunno! Do whatever you think is best!... ... I'm a little tied up here!" There was a few seconds of silence, then; "Listen, you've got about 30 seconds before this whole ship is filled with emergency foam, and it gets awfully hard to breathe in here. Get your mask on, don't let her pull a fast one on you, and get rid of her! No prisoners! I'll be down to your position after i trigger the extinguishers, don't let her go anywhere, that's an order."

Freya figured things were looking up. Krystal in the hands of Star Wolf was going to make quite a splash.

"Oh...sorry to hear that...well, c'mon then, come with me, we're outta here!"

said Cliff, placing his mask on, and throwing Krystal into a cargo sack, and then he slung her, in the sack, over his shoulder, and ran down the corridor.  He passed the medical bay, ran back to it, kicked open its doors, and grabbed an breather mask, like the ones he and Freya had on, and opened the sack, dropping the breather mask inside it.

"Here, take this, put it on NOW!" he told her before closing the sack.  He carried Krystal all the way to his fighter, in the hangar and said "Ready, Freya!" over the comm channel, as he held the sack containing Krystal over his shoulder, all while running towards the hangar.
