Slight changes to the PM system

Spambots keep evolving and working in different ways.

That said, we haven't had any in a while, but to keep it that way, changes are required now and then as this is a cat and mouse game.

Not too long ago, one of ReCAPTCHA's APIs was cracked by security researchers, for instance. If ReCAPTCHA falls, then we're in trouble, as it is our primary spam prevention tool.

That said, there are other measures in place.

I am adding another one. The new bots don't post in public, but rather send a PM.

The zero post group is now called "lurker" is is not allowed to send PMs. If by chance you are a zero post user who has been using the PM system legitimately, then please make a post. Go say "hi" in the Welcome Wagon or something.

I created a new CDF Enlistee group that starts at one post. Please keep an eye open for permission bugs.

If you EVER get a PM from a zero-post user that contains a link, DO NOT FOLLOW IT. Report the PM to the staff immediately. The new bots try to impersonate admins, but will create a new account with names like "lady-admin" and claim to be a staff member. THE ONLY ADMINS ARE  ME, Mr. K, and STEVE. If anyone else claims to be one, report it immediately.

Also, SMF doesn't know anything about your computer, and neither do any of the staff members. Any PMs that claim they detected something wrong and you need to click a link to fix it are fraudulent and the links more than likely lead to a drive-by-download of malware. Report such PMs immediately.

I have noticed that the PM table in the database is huge. PM inboxes now have a 60 message limit. Please clean out your old PMs.

Depise seeing no limite till now I've tried to clean out my inbox a lot. so it's no problem for me. and I'll keep a lookout.

Yeah, after the update, I saw that the red bar for copacity was WAYYYY over the limit (Let's say somewhere between 500% to 700% full xD) 

Anyways, I did it yesterday after I got all of my homework done (got some tough ones this semester) and I just feel a little bit relieved.
