Back Again...

Hey, everyone....sorry I took off for the weekend, without saying goodbye.  I been busy around the house, with my dad having a heart condition from a heart attack he suffered from a year ago, he's too weak to do a lot of the work himself around here (yet for some reason he still has the strength to mess up this stupid house).

Anyways, my neighborhood has had a couple of days of heavy rain (flood yesterday) and I had to spend all day Saturday, and Sunday preparing the house for the rain storm (put away the pool furniture cushions, the farmer's market umbrella we use to shade the pool deck..), I also had to turn off the automatic sprinklers, clean the roof gutters, and unclog 'em all...then I had to clean the guest room in case one of our neighbors/friends got flooded out of their home....then we had to pick up disaster supplies (my mom has been in a paranoid panic since the Haiti disaster).

So...yeah...I've been busier than a 1 armed paper hanger, haven't logged onto my computer all weekend.  thank God mom and dad had to go back to work today.  I hate my family, and the holiday weekends...too damn much work around my crappy house....

It's not "a little work around the house", that damn farmer's market umbrella weighs 100 pounds, I had to haul it across the yard, and put it in the garage (the garage door never stays open, gotta prop it up and avoid being bitten by black widow spiders or stepping on a rat in the garage, which hasn't been cleaned since 1970, I'm not kidding), nobody helping me, since dad's too lazy, and mom's too weak.

plus, I had to kill some more black widow spiders that day...

thanks.  the thing is, at least I got a lot or important things done last weekend..had I not done them then, I'd have never gotten it done, and I'd be in the s***er right now.....make hay while the sun shines...

but yeah, I still hate my @#$!*%^& parents...I dunno which one of them I hate most, they're both equally mean and stupid.
