I do think Tomas, the creator of the Paths of Fate SF mod have managed to extract some models from Assault. I've been interested in hearing a bit more of it myself, but as he had a lot of problems lately with his computer, I didn't want to bother him before he had sorted it out.

I know that, but I'm still not going to bother him with it yet. Good manners is something I value highly.

What do you plan on using the models for?

I don't know what he'll do, but I'd love to get my hands on the Wolfen model, so I could possibly use it in some render ideas I have.

I've been thinking of starting modelling a little myself, got the software, lacks the time.

I looked around google for some, but didn't come up with anything. I was wondering if they had the real model to go with the assault characters I found. Just thought I'd try here before going through the hassle of modeling my own...

Would It be difficult to rip them myself??? I'm not quite sure my pc can handle it though...

Ask jack on the  Starfox hq forum I have no idea if I could do that i would have loads of Krystal art.

Just make sure you understand the ethics of using a ripped render in your project.

I assume the Paths of Fate people understand that, and accepted the additional risk. Yes, it saves you time and effort, but it also increases the things you can get C&D's for. Shadows of Lylat, on the other had, has decided to create new models instead. This also has it's advantages, IE the model being optimized to your situation.

I won't stop you, but I just want you to understand that.
