Hehe, I had heard and used every swear word in the English language before fifth grade at my elementary school. The F-word is below PG-13 for me.

Well, "Wolf Fang"...you have to understand that people use these words in public not to act "cool" (as you put it). It really depends on the person who is speaking. Some people curse only when they are angry and rarely curse in everyday conversation. Others use curse words very VERY often when (how do I explain this correctly?)....eh, they use curse words like

Though, I will say that I do NOT agree with the opinion that "people who curse often are un-educated". Simply going around and stating the above statement only makes you look ignorant.

The main reason people use curse words in "mature rated (anything...well, except in music, but that's my opinion)", is because it adds to the realism in the conversations that the characters have with one another. In real life, though it dosen't give people a good outlook on you as a human being, people are not so cautious when speaking to one another. In fact, sometimes curse words are used too often and it becomes part of "normal" conversations. But, that's a whole seperate issue in itself....

Correct, for the most part. I try not to swear here on SF-O when I can avoid it, but in reality, I made my friend's dad laugh because, as he put it, "This guy says fuck every other word."

Wolf Fang, I can see why swearing upsets you, my parents don't let me do it either... and I'm 21! So embarrassing when I'm with friends and my mum hears me swear over the phone. Because then she screams at me: "WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE YOUNG LADEHHHH!" And my friends lol at me.

But, really, this animated series is someone's creation. To ask them to change that, for the sake of one person, can be insulting to them. It's like saying to a singer: "Hey man, I'd love to buy your album but I think you swear too much, can you maybe re-write your songs for me?" Those songs are directed at a particular audience, and if one can't handle the swearing, then one should not listen.

Same goes for this cartoon. This site, even. It's not for prudes. Now don't get me wrong hon, I'm not calling you a prude, but you're sort of acting like it. We're (mostly) all adults/mature people here, we can all appreciate the comedy of bad language. If that disgusts you, then you don't need to watch it. And if you do want to watch it regardless, then man up, lighten up. It's not that bad. Just be happy someone is making the effort to make this for your viewing. :)

Although, what Fred COULD do, is make two versions, were one has all the cussing he wants, and another were it doesn't. (If he even bothers doing it. sigh) So if you get my point, it's not because I can't handle it, it's because I don't want to pick it up. Honestly, no offense to you or anything, but we're lucky to have a great animator who would do something like this, he guarantees the language is PG-13, it simply wouldn't make any sense to re-dub all the voice-overs and clips with a bleep or censor for a couple of people.  You don't have to pick it up by hearing it, it's called self-control.

Also, I saw the new clip/song on youtube, awesome stuff Fredryk! :D

As for swears, who cares, they are just noises made of air. Also, swears go in and out of fasion. Nigga used to be a polite thing to say, Nincompoop used be a terrable word. Retard wasn't an insult until the 2000s.
