DZComposer
Nice sample library(ies) Good stuff. Maybe a little too much reverb on the Timpani and Xylo, but meh, it's a minor thing. That's the only fault I find. Can't wait to see the video with it.

friggin123
So, my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to check this out. I've got to say, Fredryk, I'm impressed. The animation is very nice on top of the character designs, backdrops, voice acting and musical pieces. Also, you say you're doing all this yourself aside from certain help here and there with the voice acting? Wow. Mad props, man. The only thing I'm not too sure about is Leon's design, but it's nothing to gripe about. I'd also like to mention that Falco's voice is amazing and Bill is my favorite. Hah, nice work. I'll be waiting patiently for this.EDIT: My mistake! I visited your site and saw that Mr. Ross is doing a hefty amount of work as well. Kudos to you both. Fredryk Phox
F9pgg_91OtcSo...wait...Fred, have you had any sort of formal music training?Nah, I wish I did. I can't read music too well, and I can only play stuff by ear.A lot of the music in the series is going to be like these last few songs I posted; somewhat hinting at the original star fox themes, but having a different feel to them altogether, I guess. Makes it easier to have some 'serious' scenes as well as some of the funny ones.

LoneWolf
slippy looks like ellis (l4d2) on the video...Yeah, I've noticed that too. In fact, Slippy looks like Ellis most of the time in Fred's style.

Zzz
Very promising!I just hope THIS doesn't turn into a comedy scene, coz I like where this is heading.By the way, do you use real photos for the background? Or are they cg?
YJH1995
I think this part is what is suppose to be dramatic
Fredryk Phox
The series isn't going to be a silly comedy or anything. Yeah, it has a lot of funny and musical parts, but there's plenty of real, maturely-themed stuff that goes on in it.
Zzz
Well, that's definitely good to hear, man. I guess people mostly misapprehend the real concept behind this series because of the already released previews. And about the backgrounds?
Fredryk Phox
some of the pictures are photos I take, some I draw, some Ant draws, some are just photos of places I find on the internet. I use a watercolor filter or min/max so they look a little more cartoony, as it seems to work pretty well most of the time.
Zzz
Oh yeah, I see. It really is effective when they're kept blurred out, also gives the scenery more depth. In cartoons backgrounds are usually more detailed than the animated characters anyway.

Fredryk Phox
and DZ, you were right; thanks for your input, there were a few instruments that sound quite a bit better with the reverb cut back.
