Earth meets Lylat. Then what?

Before some of you go misty-eyed over the possibilities of getting an anthromorpic body, let me tell you this.

To make the transistion easier, they would probably only switch you to the anthromorpic animal closest related to humans.

Which means you'll have to discard foxes and vixens in favor for apes and pigs. I don't know about you, but I'd rather stick to the body I've allready got than go for something resembling Andrew or Pigma.

Here's the first 17 chapters.  And a fun spoiler that everyone saw coming:  As paranoid as humans are, when the word gets out, Japan is the first to embrace the idea of animal aliens publicly. 

In it currently, DARPA is trying to steal and reverse engineer Cornerian technology to present the Pentagon with some sort of product.  YouTube is releasing videos that tries to disprove the 'alien animals' are even real, saying it's government disinfo for something bigger or worse.  The team is busting its tail to work with human military members and Miyu is exploring the taboo nature of dating a human pilot against everyone's advice / opinion on the matter.

HAHA, and I almost forgot - Krystal was injured and military scientists had to screen hundreds of red foxes for a matching blood type, because there are about 11 different blood types in the fox community.  She made a statement about how it was humbling that Earth is now a part of her.

LOL she turns out to be FINE!  What happened was, they saw a Venom escort coming over Earth during a patrol and she sensed a shuttle they were guarding had a human mind / thought patterns and she wanted to get closer so she could sense who it was that might be working with Andross.  Since the Venom escort pilots were Andross' best aces, Fox had his hands full while she got close.  She wasn't paying attention to her instruments while trying to probe the mind inside of the shuttle... she gets shot down and crash lands in Manhattan during rush hour... The US Government scrambles to try and beat the newspapers by releasing a state of the union address on the spot (that night) before the morning paper could come out. 

Because Krystal is telepathic and can speak the language of a race she's near... they ask her to speak to the human public as a show of faith and peace.  As she recovers, Fox and her begin to fall in love - he shows it the first time to her when he was worried about her injuries.  They begin dating a short time after that.
