Krystal, IN STARWOLF!?

KRystal growled getting to her feet "You know why I've changed panther it's because Idoits like you who don't  know what a  girl cna truley do, al you fools see is a  weakling or a toy to have your 'fun' with."She growled" stay away from me."She added walking away.

"Well, Krystal, you dimwit, as usual a simpleton like you has oversimplified their analysis of me.  I know what you can do, I've seen you in action, during the Aparoid wars, and the Anglar wars.  My boss obviously didn't bring you into Star Wolf for eye candy.  I NEVER saw you as a toy or a weakling.  I know you have unique skills and abilities.  I was attracted to you for other reasons, not that you'd ever have the smarts to figure that out.  Amazing how someone who's telepathic could be so damn brainless at the same time." Panther jeered, walking behind Krystal, before turning down another corridor away from her.

"And I wouldn't come near your sorry ass if you paid me to!" he shouted over his shoulder to Krystal.  Panther tried his best to suppress his flashback to when he was stood up at his wedding by his now-ex fiancee, long ago.  But to no avail.

"Wolf is not like you PAnther!"Krystal shouted back over her shoulder  she turned her head away walking into the deepest  loneliest place on Sargasso she could find once there in the dark observation room surrounded by nothing but windows the room was lit by almost no light as only the variosu stars that could been seen through the asteroids  let enough light shine into the room.  KRystal sat crosse legged tears in her eyes as she began to close them trying to meditate she knew she had time to load her things.

Krystal...I'm sorry...we don't need to be enemies.  We don't need to be friends, either, but certainly not enemies.  What Fox did to you was unfair as hell, and the events in your life after that were no better.  You've overcome a lot, and that I admire you for the most now.

Panther though, as he sat in the storage room of the Sargasso station, fighting tears.

Leon liked the idea of resurrection. The Great Leon could transcend the ages if Starwolf found what they were seeking.

He watched Panther drooling over Krystal and almost firing a nova bomb, then heard the two shouting for whatever reason.

I do not, however, relish the thought of having to deal with an eternity of idiots...

He walked in to the hangar after the other two had left, and did a quick walk-around of his Wolfen. It was identical to Wolf's and not dramatically customized. The lines were as clean and uncluttered as they could be on the Mk. 3.

After finishing his walk-around, he aimlessly wandered towards his room, still thinking about their "quest".

...In search of a fountain of youth, of sorts... The Great Leon... Why does this sound... familiar...?

Panther stopped sobbing, and hung out a bit in the storage room.

He remembered hearing of Leon's "title". 

"Ha!  Lame!  Stupid Leon, what a feeb'!" he chortled, remembering how he had sneaked into Leon's room, and pawed  and snooped through his computer files, diary, and memoir papers.

He considered telling Krystal so she could have a great laugh with him about it, but he didn't want to risk her telling Leon what she knew, fearing that Leon would find out about Panther's snooping.

"I am the Great Leon!" Panther said, making fun of Leon.  "I think I'll torture you for a while."

Panther seemed to feel better.  He went to the kitchen, and made himself a sandwich, with  harvest bread, Pepperjack cheese, Italian salami, Provalone, Preschutto Ham, onions, mustard, VERY hot peppers, cilantro, dill pickles, and smoked Applewood bacon.

He also had a small bowl of BBQ flavored potato chips, and some quality brewed beer from Zoness.

"AHHHH!" he sat down and enjoyed his meal.

Wolf walked trough the dark coridors of Sargasso space station. Everyone he passed by saluted him as he walked by, he only responded with grunts and snorts, causing the ruffians to wince under his cold gaze.

After a couple of minutes, he had reached the top floor of the space station, he walked by the door into Krystals room and stopped in front of the next one, the one leading into his daughters room.

He raised his right hand to knock, but let it fall powerless down again to his side almost imediatly.

How could he break it to her? She had already been starting to drift apart from him, and this wouldn't do anything better. Somehow, he feelt like he had failed as a father. He had failed his daughter, and his now departed wife.

If, only he could find something on Venom that could bring her back again, make them a family again...

He sighed out loud before he gave the door four heavy knocks. A moment later came the answer in a little girls voice. "The door is open."

Wolf walked in and closed the door behind himself. Freya was lying in her bed and reading a book, which she now had put down on her chest as she looked up at her father. She had changed back into her normal clothing, loose, baggy clothes that hid her slowly flourishing curves to unwelcome eyes.

He might be the suppreme rules of the space station, but the men under him were still scoundrels and thiefs. He didn't want to give them any reason to go after his daughter.

Wolf walked up to her and sat down on her bed. "You know that trip to Corneria we had planned?" He asked. Freyas face broke out into a warm smile. "Yes, I can't wait!"

Wolf slowly shock his head. "Something turned up. We have to put this on ice." Freyas face changed from eagerness into angry dissapointment in a matter of seconds. "But dad! You said we were going! We should visit the amusement park, and rent a hut in the countryside and stay there for a couple of week! I was looking so foreward to it!"

Wolf hated dissapointing her, once again. But it had to be like this. "I'm sorry dear. We'll have to do it some other time." She broke him off before he could finish. "There isn't going to be another time. You're always busy! Always!"

Wolf had to admit she was right. One couldn't rest for a moment, not in this business.

"Freya. I promise we will do it soon." Freya seemed to be fighting to hold her tears back. "Can I come with you?" She asked, referring to the mission to Venom.

"Absolutely not!" Wolf growled. "It is far to dangerous. You'll stay here." Under her fur, Freyas face was almost red of anger. But Wolf silenced her before she could open her mouth again. "This isn't a matter of debate young lady. You'll stay here!" And with that, he roose up from the bed and walked out, ignoring the angry sobs coming from behind his back. he locked himself out of the room, and started on the long walk back to his office.

That could have gone better...

after Wolf had left back towards his office Krystal had come walking up to here room, she heard Freya temper tantrums, although they were more angry sobs o obviously aimed at her Father, she turned her head to Freay's room, her ears drooped , thinking  she decied to take advantage of the situation and try to calm the young she-wolf down, walking up to the door she  gave it two solid knocks

"Go away!" It came from inside the door. Freya had curled up her legs under her chin, tears drenching the knees on her overalls. Her dad had promised that the to Corneria trip would be the best one ever, and now, it had all been thrown aside, just like that.

Krystal sighed shaking her head she walked into the room, as the door shut behind her she looked over to Freya concern on her face the first time her facial expressions had shown anything on Sargasso. "What's wrong?"She asked hoping her calm tone would be soothing in a way.

Freya looked up at Krystal. Doing her best to hide the ripples of tears running down her cheeks from the vixen.

"Dad have cancelled a trip I had looked foreward to for several months now. And he also refuse to have me with him on the mission you're going on." Her voice was thick, and she stopped up several times to let out a loud sob before she continued. "He doesn't care for me! He's never done! All he cares about is Starwolf."

[Kursed]

Krystal closed her eyes thinking of the best way to break it to the young she-wolf. "Do you remember your mother?"She asked, walking over to the she-wolf, she sat down next to her.

[Asper Sarnoff]

"My mother..?" Freya whispered. "She died when I was only four. All I remember of her is... her soft, loving voice, how she always cared for me when dad was out ravaging the galaxy, how she sung me into sleep when I was afraid to sleep at night. She was a bright star in this dark hole filled with hard-hearted criminals."

(Time for me to go to sleep. Got an important test tomorrow in biology. Biology is completely useless, but it should give me a good chance to improve my average grades even further up the scale.)

"I think this mission has something to do with that Freya ,but don't tell anyone."Krystal replied. "Your lucky to at least have a father I never knew either of my parents.  Underneath that mean no-nonsense shell your father has he really cares for you, Freya I bet his insides are beating themselves up after what he just told you he just hides it very well."Krystal explained. "If you want I could try to sing you to sleep." She offered setting her hand on Freya's shoulder.

Panther finished his meal.  Then he went to his Wolfen fighter, got into it, and flew some practice maneuvers outside the Sargasso Station for a while.

"I think this mission has something to do with that Freya ,but don't tell anyone."Krystal replied. "Your lucky to at least have a father I never knew either of my parents.  Underneath that mean no-nonsense shell your father has he really cares for you, Freya I bet his insides are beating themselves up after what he just told you he just hides it very well."Krystal explained. "If you want I could try to sing you to sleep." She offered setting her hand on Freya's shoulder.

Freya vent silent for a moment as she wiped away tears from her face with the back of her hand. "Thanks, but that isn't necesary." She whispered. "I... I'd like to be a little to myself if that's okay."

Krstal got up. "Alright if you need me my room is next to yours."Krystal said as she walked out of freya's room , then into hers. once inside she waited for a moment thinking, she decided to head back into the hanger to check on her fighter. As she arrived back in the hanger making her way around wolfens and other craft she spotted her fighter ,walking towards it she opened her mind to 'feel' for the artist that was suppose to have done his work by now.

Panther finished his training/practice routine, and docked in Sargasso again. He sat on the wing of his Wolfen a while, staring at the red rose insignia on it.

The lizard artist appeared from behind the Cloudrunner, smiling stupidly at the sight of the vixen.

"Just got fin'shed ma'am." He said as he wiped his claws on a rug. On both sides were painted an accurate copy of the tattoo Krystal had shown him. "Mat' paint" The lizard said. "You don't wanna anyone to spot your reflection while you're out de're."

Meanwhile, back at Freya's room. The young shewolf was busy at work.

She was quietly packing down her gear and some clothing in a small rucksack. A smile flickered over her lips as she tought over what she was going to do. She was coming with her dad, whether he liked it or not.

"Thanks."Krystal replied wolfing around her craft looking over the designs "you do very well."She added clmnbing into the copkpit."it is dry right?"

[Asper Sarnoff]

"As dry as an old ladys p..." The lizard stopped up for a moment as he remebered he was talking to a lady. "Well, it's completely dry." He said, completely hypnotized as he stared at the vixens backside under her tightfitting pants while she climbed up her fighter. "Imma goi'n to the can'tin. You can fi'n me de're if you need anythin'."

krystal's face had a disturbed look on it while she powere up the cloud runner i wonder where he got his sense of humor. she thought as she flew the cloud running into the lupine.

Meanwhile, several men and cranes were busy loading up the Lupine. She was a yatch which had once belonged to an unfamoable wealthy crimelord from Corneria. Unfortunatly for him, he had been stupid enough to venture into Starwolfs territory, and been caught by Wolfs personal cruiser.

The yatch had litte with to go up against the Steel Wolf, the Zeram class Wolf had keept after the Lylat wars. But luckily, he had been smart enough to see the potential in seizing and using the yatch as his own.

The Steel Wolf was a little to well known, easily recognisable, and slow. Even the most advanced stealth generators on the market couldn't hide her. That was why he had picked the Lupine for this job.

The cargo bay was just big enough to fit all the four fighters they would take with them. This was meant to be a ground only mission, but Wolf had been in this game to long to leave himself to vulnerable. Keeping the ship in orbit and going down in fighters would give them multiple chances to get away in a hurry should things get to hot for their liking.

None of the men loading up the ship spotted the single crate on which the seal had been broken, and with blue eye peering out trough a small slit between the wooden boards.

as krystal climbed out into the Lupine from her Cloud runner she thought she could sense the familar Aura of Freya, shrugging it off she just headed to the bridge of the larger ship to take a look at it.

(I'm guessing it is Freya right? I think i'll let her Stowaway. for a long whileor maybe not do they have rooms on the Lupine?)

Ignoring the feelign of  Freya's Aura Krystal walked to her cabin within the lupine  locking the door she took off her flight jacket and all other clothes except her undergarments and the dragonskin leotard.
