Starzone: Liberation

[Guest Para Astaroth]

Krystal thanked maarcus as  she grabbe his hand and got out.

"Will he ever get over his older fiancee?"Tala asked para as she grabbed his hand.

"Marcus is suffering from Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD."  Para explained, briefly glancing over at Marcus.  "But in his case, the level of which his PTSD is on is quick severe.  Personally noted:  A near-death event almost costed him his life four years ago.  Reason is yet to be determined."  Para brushed himself down and his visor reactivated once he took a few steps away from the downed ship.

Marcus gave Krystal a 'you're welcome' expression as he turned away and started walking around the decimated ship; examining it's damaged parts.  "I suppose we can salvage what we can from this scrap heape..."  He mumbled under his breath as he squatted down.  "Can't really scan to make sure it's salvageable, but It will have to do for now."  He rose to his feet and walked back to Krystal, Para, and Tala.  Sighing, "Alright.  See what you can salvage from this thing while I set up a rendeavous becon."

Para nodded, stepping away and looking inside while looking at several titanium parts inside the ship.

[Kursed]

Tala helped PAra dig out working parts that could be salvage.

"With all do respect Para do we need to kill anymore Vectrans?"Krystal asked... "This is the second time we've lose our squad If I recall correctly."

Para looked over his shoulder at Krystal while he picked up parts, "Well, what other alternative do you have in mind?"  He turned back around picking up pieces.  "I hate doing it as much as any other being would, but it looks like we have no other option.  Its either that, or we just pull out, ourselves, and let the Vektrans finish it themselves."

Marcus, placing the beacon up, only lowered his head while overhearing the conversation the three at the ship were having.  "I have to agree..."  Marcus mumbled to himself.  "I swore not to get into anymore wars ever since Teriesa died--  ughhh....  Teriesa..."  His arms went limp as he looked off in the distance at the Hellfurion structure petruding out from the city.  "If only you were here, then I wouldn't be in the situation I am...  Damn it...  Damn IT ALL...!!!"  He clenched the beacon tighter and placed it in the ground quickly, then started walking back to the front of the ship; he never looked over at the three.  Picking up pieces scattered around the ship, he placed them in his right arm as he set them into a pile and briefly examing the pieces.

Soon, he stopped and just stood in front of the pile and knelt down, looking at it.  "Now, what to do with this...?  A memorial would be nice..."

[Kursed]

A gray  she-wolf walked up to marcus her fur was stained with th color of  the ground "Marcus are you alright?" asked the she-wolf.

'Hey look at this."Tal said pulling out a communcator that one of the pilots had it was still functioning although the Mic was off "hmm."

Krystal sighed."Why must more lives be taken in this who planned this out.."

Todd drove the APC, and checked the radar for where the ship had crashed.  He saw it.  He also noticed there was some kind of Rendezvous beacon activated, according to the screen.  Could it be?

"I wonder if that's Krystal and the others?" asked Todd out loud.  He steered the APC in their direction.  He finally got there, stopped near the crashed aircraft, and said through the APC loudspeaker microphone "Guys?  Is that you?".

As Todd's voice rang out through the APC's mike, Marcus turned his head briefly and began moving the salvaged parts around; words not being spoken as doing so.

Para stormed out of the crashed ship, "Todd...?!  TODD!!!  OVER HERE, MY FRIEND!!!"  His arms were waving back and forth quickly as he saw the APC outside.

[Kursed]

"Well that solves the issue of getting into the city."Krystal muttered.

"So now what?" Tala asked

"Marcus?" Lupe asked.

Marcus stopped moving the parts, resting an arm on his knee and slightly looking to the side.  "Yes...?"  His voice a little crackley.

"I suppose we leave what we have and hop aboard."  Para suggested, looking around to Tala.  His eyes the locked onto Marcus.  If I am precise, Marcus' PTSD levels are increasing,  He thought to himself and blinked.  ...My gut is just telling me its high...

Todd pulled up to where the others were, and he opened the back of the APC.

"Hey, guys!  There you are!  Glad you're okay!  I had heard they nabbed ya'.  Hop in!  I stole this from some Helghast squad when they were trying to find me in the sewage treatment plant." he said, smiling.

*Todd then honked the horn of the APC, and it played "La Cucaracha"

"Are you feeling aright MArcus?" Lupe asked lightly pushing him towards the APC

"okay."Tala replied simple getting up ,then walking to the APc.

Marcus nodded, "Yeah...  Yeah, I'm fine..."

Para followed the Tala and Krystal as they made their way to the APC

[Kursed]

"MArcus have you sense krystal being....more than one person lately?" Lupe asked.

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"What do you mean...?"  He asked, looking over his shoulder at Lupe while walking towards the APC.

[Kursed]

"i sense more than one Aura near her like she is two people or something."Lupe replied.

"Who wants to man the machine gun on top?" Todd asked, as his allies boarded the APC.

Para quickly jumped into the gunner seat and banged onto the top of the APC, "Already on it!"

"To be honest...  I think you're right.  She has been acting a little different."  Marcus said, looking briefly over at Krystal.  "But that could be due to this war affecting her well-being."

[Kursed]

"No...I think she's stored someone's spirit to be revived or something."Lupe replied. "At least that's what I think I've been looking into her personally logs lately."

[Guest Para Astaroth]

"What did you find?"  Marcus curriously asked, stepping onto the APC's steps and holding out his hand to Lupe.

Para banged on the APC again to Todd, "WE'RE ALL IN!!!  TALLY-HO!!!"

[Kursed]

"What did you find?"  Marcus curriously asked, stepping onto the APC's steps and holding out his hand to Lupe.

"Something about cloning a body using Dna."Lupe replied as she walk into the apc. it was then she realized what  Krystal was doing.

"Cloning a body?  For what, I wonder..."  Marcus said, sitting down in the idled APC, rubbing the back of his neck.

[Kursed]

"To revive someon who died here."Lupe replied.

Marcus continued rubbing the back of his neck until he abruptly stopped and looked slowly up in front of him.  It was then he knew whom it was Krystal was trying to clone.  ...Regul...  He thought to himself at the realization.

[Kursed]

Krytal sat in th apc her eyes closed and her head looking down at the seat between her legs.

"But who would she want to Revive?"Lupe asked she had just caught up with the group.

Tala sighed a  the Apc hit a bump in the road.

Para scanned the horizons for any signs of enemies approaching, but there were none.

Marcus looked over at Lupe and nodded to her, "I do believe I know who it is..."  He then turned his gaze across to Krystal.

[Kursed]

"Herself?"Lupe asked. confuzed.
