Mr. Krystal Posted February 25, 2010 Share Posted February 25, 2010 No, that number is not equal to Pi. Pi is irrational, it cannot be correctly expressed as a written number. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mr. Krystal Posted February 26, 2010 Share Posted February 26, 2010 No, 1 + 1 = 3Is the best equation ever. That equation can be used to prove falsehoods. It is only useful on paper. In the real world, it will get people killed if misused. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mr. Krystal Posted February 26, 2010 Share Posted February 26, 2010 No...think about it. give you a hint ... M + W = 3M != W, but 1 == 1, therefore 1 + 1 = 3 and M + W = 3 are two separate equations. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Julius Quasar Posted February 26, 2010 Share Posted February 26, 2010 Nobody takes math seriously these days.It's too hard. But, then again, much as I hate math with a vengeance, I acknowledge it is important. Nobody takes anything serious these days, especially if it's important. X-Gamer Posted February 27, 2010 Share Posted February 27, 2010 Nobody takes math seriously these days.You've got a point there. In my math class, me and my friends always end up playing our ipod touch apps instead of listening to the math lessons. Funny thing though...out math test results are higher than 80 percent. :lol: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DZComposer Posted March 1, 2010 Share Posted March 1, 2010 1 + 1 = 10By a similar token, 7 + 1 = 10 as well.And while we're at it, 10 = 17.These are all valid, trust me (if you know why, keep it to yourself for now).While not valid, I am fond of this statement:2 + 2 = 5 for extremely large values of 2.
