Nah, they aren't selling these things. It's just a joke. BTTF is popular in "geek" circles, and the webmaster likely included the items as an easter egg in the site.

I like how the part number is 121G. Flux Capacitor output: 1.21 gigawatts (in this case, it MUST be pronounced "Jiggawatts").

No their just selling the MR.Fusion model used on the Deloreon on BTTF 2 and so on.
