CHAINGRABBING IS EVIL!!@!!!!!#!#$@!$@#%$!@%!

"If you play enough brawl, You will soon figure out that chain grabbing isn't that cheap or powerful."

ive gotten to the point where ive been able to avoid it, but he still gets me now and then, the fact that you cant do anything about it and take it up the ass like a panzy is the part that pisses me off... and the worst part is that my friend is a better than average brawl player, and the worst part is that hes cocky about it, i told him about it, he says he cant help it...  on a different note, wolf is crazy too, but in a less cheap kinda way, like it actually took skill for what he did..

air dodge everything they throw at you, then reflect them/hit them with a down-A. he broke it down to a science.. it was retarded how cheap that felt after a while...

but never have i seen more doucheyness than in meta-knight.. we went to a tourney, my friend played has his wolf, they played on battlefield, he wouldnt let wolf touch the ground.. and when he did, he was at 300%, then he smashed him.... for two lives that happeed, meta knight ended with 20 something damage... with all of his lives...

it was awe inspiring... and thats why i play brawl minus XD

Of course, I use Fox as my main character. I've used him from the first SSB. ( I have never knew Fox properly because my first SF game was: SF adventures

I'm not used to Falco's speed.

Wolf is great to use, but I have BIG problems getting back on the stage with him.

So Fox is my vote all da way.

If you play enough brawl, You will soon figure out that chain grabbing isn't that cheap or powerful. Sooner or later, you HAVE to be able to make a comeback afterwards. About the spike, You can just dodge it. I'm suprised your friend actually spikes you after the chain grab. A full chain grab does up to 50% --- 68% if their lucky/skillful. That should not be enough to spike you.

I'll agree, some aren't cheep at all, I don't mind Marth's or Falco's or a bunch of others, but Pikachew's on Fox, literally inescapable until your at 100% or more, or if the other player messes up, also Pikachew grabs really fast.

sigh... i guess i couldnt get my point across... we are getting a bit off topic though.. idk if were really THAT off topic, but still..

i cant wait to do a hack for my OC, Lucas Grey would be SO SICK in brawl..

the texture itself kinda has already been done, as per my sig V*pointing down*V

but the moveset hasnt even been started yet, but soon my friends, soon we shall have a new character to add to that list above

Not much, you can end it with upsmash too...
and you can go a bit higher then the percentage that person is going. It's taken me out of the local everyone knows everyone else tournaments... Theres only one guy that uses Pikachew, and I always get him first or second, luckily it's a tournament where once you loose, you end up on the other side, once you loose there, THEN you're out, so I get to go further.

Anyways Falco's chain grab really isn't so bad, and I'm pretty sure this is on topic, explaining factors of a character.

@pointingman, actually now that i look back on my previous post, i was more off topic than anyone talking about my Hacks

i know that to some it feels like its kind of fair, but i still find a repeated action that results in the complete restriction of a character, specific or not, is completely unfair, its like kirby's backwards throw in melee that takes you off the level when your too close to the edge and you die (usually done on a 1life stalemate to result in instant win..)

like the glitch with falco when you infinitely do your ground impact animation while he shoots you, resulting in an inescapable loop till he either misses timing or decides to stop torturing with you and end it.

and in some sercumstances even fox is to blame, get an enemy into a corner and do fox's AAA (flurry kick) and the heavier characters will not escape.. i did this to a guy who i couldnt stand because he was such an asshole and i up-smashed him after dealing %200+ damage to him (he was playing as Ike) it was invigorating to get my revenge, but it was still very cheap..

most fighters have holes like these, but i dont think they should be counted as an advantage in a fair fight, its like kicking someone in the sack, im gonna take it personal XD

Falco. And I don't say that because he's my fav. Falco is pretty balanced. He moves faster than Wolf and hits harder than Fox. He's pretty much the the middle man, and has a step up on both Fox and Wolf.

Ditto, I never had any major problems when playing as Falco.

Falco probably has the edge, but I enjoy playing as Fox much, MUCH more.  (See Brawl card)

When i was borrowing a Wii and SSBB from my friend, I'm always best using Wolf. The shortness of time he uses Fial smash is most challenging, but the best thing I've done with Wolf is to Ring Out each enemy twice using the Final Smash.
