Fox-Shot
I also think DQ is awesome, I got really sick one time after eating at BK EDITI was just thinking, the city that I live in had the oldest operating DQ in the world, they only served Vanilla since it's so old, our city had it torn down. bastards...Yeah, didn't it almost get hit by a tornado? MarekMcCloud
Sonic's beverages are really good, and there slushies are awesome. Burger king is great, and I've noticed nobody has been talking about taco bell... that place is amazing on awesome levels. Some other people may have dell taco's i believe (is that how you spell it?) we have dell taco's in Michigan, but not as many taco bell's! McDonald's are everywhere here, but I hate it. There McChickens probably beat all chicken sandwiches everywhere thought. Wendy's is actually really good, buuutt they have never frozen beef. I know the commercials express it in a good way, but don't you want your beef frozen? I mean from gutting the cow to on your tray? It must of been so warm in that semi-truck... Showtime 1-1
i never heard of any of these but any thoughts of KFC?KFC, at least in my town, varies hugely day-to-day. Sometimes it's excellent, but when it's not, the chicken is always extra greasy and the fries are cold. Popcorn chicken is always good, though. Guest Julius Quasar
There's only ONE fast food business in the town I live in. My town had outlawed all drive through window food businesses, and all fast food business, except for this one KFC in my town, due to the fact it has no drive through windows...and it exists due to a grandfather clause circa the 1970's.Unfortunately, these bastards have run it into the ground. The original owners were a kindly Chinese couple who ran it perfectly, they put all their kids through college, paid off ALL their debts, and made a HUGE profit off of it, and then they retired and sold the joint, making even more $$$.This new guy messed it up, then he sold it to a guy who REALLY turned it around! The guy was/is a genius! He did everything just as good as the last owners (better, actually, and that's really saying something). He used the freshest, top of the line chicken and other ingredients, better than the typical corporate recipe calls for...he donate all the leftover chicken at the end of the day to the local disabled peoples' shelter, and started fresh each day, always cleaned ALL the fryers every day. Then he sold the joint to this guy, who "made him an offer he couldn't refuse", and the new dude cut corners everywhere, and ruined it. Then another owner took over, and ruined it, and it's been like that ever since, we've had no good owners take over. and you can smell the rancid fryer grease from 2 or 3 blocks away! xP Idiots...That Chinese couple and that dude who donated the leftover chicken were great, and they will be missed in my town...The other owners and current owners of my local KFC can go to hell.  They reheat the previous day's leftovers, don't clean their equipment, ever...and you can smell the rancid fryer grease from 2 or 3 blocks away! xP Idiots...That place has proven to be a gold mine IF RUN RIGHT, no local competition, good corner lot location, lotsa busy families/couples who ain't got time to cook a meal...*shakes head*We gotta drive 5 miles outta my town to get any decent KFC... Subway in my area suck same here! I wish we hadda Quizno's close to where I lived.

Asper Sarnoff
Out of those listed, only McDonalds and Burger King have branches in Norway, and I never go to them.Partially because the closest ones are still far away, but also because I'm not a fan of fast food, and if I have to eat it, I'd rather buy from a local place which isn't connected to a large, international chain which makes way to much money as it is. Their food is better as well. More raw materials and less grease.

I do like going to local restaurants better.

Asper Sarnoff
why did your town out law drive throughts.... that doesn't make senseIt does kind of make sense to me. To me it seems drive-trough's encurage eating while you're driving. And for most people, especially we men which can't mulitask to save our lifes, that will take their attention away from driving and increase the risks of having an accident. Guest Julius Quasar
why did your town out law drive throughts.... that doesn't make senseWell, Matt, you probably don't live in a small town. Our city council and the residents of this town don't want drive through restaurants, we're a VERY small town, and we don't want drive through restaurants, or even fast food restaurants, especially since most fast food restaurants are drive thru. You see, drive through restaurants cause traffic problems, air pollution, noise, they're unsightly, and we are trying to preserve our small town and it's 100+ year old "small town, 'Mayberry Charm' of yesteryear.". We got voted into the top 10 "All America City" status. Part of the reason we got into that Award is because our small town did NOT letting in drive through and fast food restaurants. ...and I'm glad we don't have fast food and drive through restaurants here, especially 'cause we don't need the traffic congestion. Our streets are narrow. We are only a few square miles in size, and I like this town. I myself wouldn't want any drive through, fast food places in it, especially since we're surrounded by suburban cities that have plenty of 'em already. XDTo be honest, I wish they would get rid of that KFC in my town now, since nobody runs it right.
