I think that Krystal, being who she is, was never aware that such things even existed.

Therefore I think it is bad to portrait her in such a away. It´s just my opinion, but I think it is wrong to try to portrait innocent character as naked and such. As I heard in a game "it simply doesn´t wash", and personally I think they should leave Krystal alone. If you want to do yiff with your own characters, fine by me. But please do not remove the innocence out of Krystal, because that is pretty much like removing her personality.

I realize we're getting -really- off-topic and I'm helping perpetrate this, but I have to point out the massive logic problem with this statement. Nothing personal, by the way.

Innocent people are actually -more- likely to run around naked. It's the fact that they don't even think of it as "wrong" in any way that makes them innocent. Our culture has vilified sex and nudity, but someone without that cultural bias would have absolutely no problem with either of them and simply see them as natural (which they are, by the way). Now, the kinky stuff -does- take an awareness of social norms, since most people just tend to...perform...the normal way, so that fanart would be off from your perceived "Krystal is innocent" viewpoint, but sex and nudity themselves are easily possible for an innocent character.

Now, there's another thing everyone seems to think, and that is that Krystal is innocent, which I'm going to take umbrage with. I don't care if the endings to StarFox Command were declared non-canon; Krystal had a child in one of the endings, so she knows what sex is (assuming reproduction works the same way in the StarFox universe), she knew enough to "get back at" Fox in most of the story arcs, and even if you want to declare Command entirely non-canon, you can't tell me that her little "I just wanted...*Sigh and seductive eyelash bat, followed by swaying hips walking toward Fox*...to say 'Thank you...' *Get close enough to Fox to make him blush, and giggle when R.O.B. 64 points it out.*"

I think that Krystal´s rights will be just fine with Mr. Krystal. They would be in the hands of a dedicated and good-minded fan.
