Favorite part of Starfox assault?

Probably the Corneria level. I liked Star Wolf coming to rescue you and fighting along side them. Though how Fox managed to not fall off of wolf ship, I will never know... Perhaps magnetic boots??

Completly overlooking the fact that magnets would likely fry any electrical components in the wolfen...

Katina, probably. I remember searching for who knows how long for all the special flags in that level. I even took the landmaster and hovered out of the base and started exploring outside. All the enemies were pretty much cleared out, except for a couple of aircraft.

Probably my favorite part of Assault was the immensely detailed locations like Corneria City and Sargasso.

I liked Corneria City because of it's layout and design, with futuristic buildings, ocean view, and holographic ads. I don't know why but I've always wanted to see that place at night time with a bunch of Lylatians in a Times Square-esque setting. That would be cool.

I Liked Wolf's advice: "When the time comes, don't hesitate, just act."

...I'm pretty sure that's the worst advice ever. Basically, DON'T think through your actions, and leap before you look. Don't know where I'd be in life if I always did that. Kudos to the writers for bothering to come up with an original plot device, but maybe they should have proofread a little more?

When compared to the rest of Assault I can definitely tell why the writing had some serious "head-desk" moments; nearly everything about Namco's game was imperfected and could have been improved in a multitude of ways. Personally, I've always imagined the team that worked on it to look something like this;

My favorite part of Assault, by far, was the overall atmosphere of the first level as well as the local multiplayer. The first level made you feel as if shit was at stake; it mesmerized you to eventually be disappointed by the length of the game; it was far too short for the explosively fun package that was provided. Also, the multiplayer. Never before in a Star Fox game had there been so many frantic moments of attempting to knock the controller out of your friends' hands. :-P

...Why did i never think to do that? ..Oh wait because when ever I played this with mates I was always at the top of the scoreboard because nobody around here likes Starfox

Also yeah, if Starfox Assault were to be made into a plot boat, it'd float on the surface for all of 5 nano seconds before the hull realizes its become indicitave of swiss cheese thats been shot with 4 Heavy's worth of miniguns for 30 hours and sinks to the bottom of the ocean and slowly decaying until the number of plot holes keeps multiplying until it generates a singularity and everything in contact with it dies...I may have dragged that analogy on a little too long..

My favorite part of SFAssault was the Multiplayer. My brother and I play it all the time, it's like Super Smash Bros.

I have to say that Sargaso Space Zone was my favorite part. It was a bit hard on the inside of the hideout but I just love the battle with Starwolf at the end
