Star Fox Runner Posted April 6, 2010 Share Posted April 6, 2010 Well, winter has been over for a little while now, and Spring time is in the air! Where I live, the grass is green again, (we've already had to mow it.) the leaves are back on the trees, the air is warm, and the crickets and tree frogs sing at night again!We've even turned off the Air Conditioner and just let the windows open. I live out in the woods, so I love to just sit and listen to the wind in the leaves, and the crickets and tree frogs at night.Any of you guys happy with the change in the weather? If it wasn't for the fact that the warm half of the year is the only time its warm enough to work on my car in the garage, I'd absolutely hate the spring and summer. Guest DRL Posted April 6, 2010 Share Posted April 6, 2010 Personally I prefer Spring/Summer to Autum/Winter.Mainly because for me it is:*Easier to barrel roll out of bed.*Go outside.*I only got ill in Spring once. I periodically get ill in Winters, mainly because of new flu variants.*During winter, I am very sleepy.*I like to drink cold stuff. I can only do that in warm seasons. Showtime 1-1 Posted April 7, 2010 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Today was the first day I could ride my motorbike without a sweater under my jacket, and It even warmed up enough to lean the fuel/air mixture all the way out!
