Star Fox: The New Era (Season 1 pt. 1)

After taking out the clones attacking him,

Deckér had now to choose which path to

take. Looking at the possible choices, he

tried to comm. with his friend. After a brief

chat of "bzzt---...bz..zbz.." it became

clear that he had to choose it himself.

"Well, the clones came from that one...

So, that probably leads to the security

quarters." He though, looking at the middle-left one.

"That leaves three..." he said, as he slipped into the

middle-right one. "Well, If I am wrong, I will come back."

He thought, as he moved through the choosen path.

Steve was left outside. He chose to take the leftmost one.

Max ejected out of his Comet II. He landed on the building he saw Steve and Decker go into. He  took a look around and found some stairs on the rooftop, leading down back into the building. Max reached for his communicator. "I'm going in through the roof. Anything I should know before movement?" Max asked.

Steve got Max's transmission. Seeing that he can't contact Max because of the jam inside, he instead sent Max a message:

"Go down the stairs. Turn right at the hallway, after you pass the elevator. You should see a four-way road fork. I took the leftmost one and Decker entered the middle-right one. Be careful."

Meanwhile, the Assault Acer landed on the Sky Charge's hangar, waiting for Jack.

Meanwhile, at the battle site outside the factory, Joseph replied to Amethyst, saying, "Be careful, there are clone drones attacking in here," then blasted more clones.

he was suprised to see that it was piloting its self

it was fine with him because he had to load a clip into his BR.

"ok"he said setting the strwing to combat mode then hopping out

he landed with a soft thump as he had used his whirlpool ability to set him down gently.he then loaded his dual coramite blasters and went in.

As Deckér came out of the path he had chosen,

it became clear it did not lead to device´s controls;

however, the room he was now in, looked like a

Command Center: Monitors and radars were everywhere.

Curiously, there was nobody in the room; he could hear

the clone´s radio orders from some speakers, but otherwise,

it was all quiet... He decided to take a look at the computers;

he could not find any files regarding the device but he could

find a map, and also how to shut down the jamming system.

After inputting some commands, and pulling lever, most of the

system had crashed, ending the jam. He also sent a map of the

building to his friend, so he could point out the location of the

device. Finally, Deckér took his communicator and sent

a menssage to the rest of the team: "Hey, it´s Deckér, I have

found the Command Center... My ship will give you a map I found

of the building..." He was about to add something, but before he

could do it, a clone de-cloaked and striked him,

knocking him unconsious...

(wow, that's quite dramatic, DRL )

Steve looked ahead, preparing his weapon. He didn't know where this path leads to, and he wanted to be ready.

After walking for 15 minutes, he realized that, strangely, the hallway was deserted. He kept going, wondering what lies ahead.

(wow, that's quite dramatic, DRL )

(He, he, well I wanted it too look like a quite scare

scene.. The classic "It is quiet... Too quiet."  )

As the Black Sov. got the map and message, he

fowareded the message to the rest of them team.

He then spoke through the comm on his own:

"...There, I can not point exactly where, but

there is a hidden room with stairs that leads

to the device´s controls..."

He tried to talk to his friend; failing so, he added:

"...And by the way, if anyone takes the middle-left

path, please check on Deckér. He is not answering

his communicator..." He then remained close to the

building, scaning it and fighting more clones outside.

jack got there just in time and air dropped onto the battlefield

the shock of the impact had made his armor lock up

fortunatly he had known the technical read out so it wasn't much of a problem

he got up,grabed his BR that had landed next to him,and proceded to shoot all the clones he could on foot.

amethyst used his grappling hooks that were attached to the end of his blasters and got onto the roof and entered

after that all he saw were bodys of dead clones littered and strewn over the entire building.

Steve , still walking, was suddenly knocked out by a stealth-type clone.

He was in a dream. He saw a strange shadow figure, which told Steve:

"There is a grave danger nearing Corneria and the whole of Lylat. You have the qualities we are looking for. We will give you a power you can use to thwart the threat."

The shadow disappeared, but Steve got a strange-looking card with a picture of a pegasus and a phoenix. He put in in his pcket and when he woke up, he found that the clone was about to kill him. Good thing that his sword was activated. He killed the clone before it killed him. He went on, wondering what was the dream about.

amethyst took the right hall way senceing the minds of six minds in each of the hallways but as his customs state he must always start from the right

(even though this attack on east corneria ain't over yet, I will mark the end of chapter 2 now. *chapter 3 start*)

Max was flying down each case of stairs. Well, not really because he was actually just jumping from the top part to the bottom part, making it faster to travel. When he got to the last stairway, he made a right into a hallway. As Steve said, there should be a elevator nearby... Max thought to himself. He was also on guard, with his two Katars in both hands, ready to slice anything that was a threat. At last. Max sighed with relief. He ran past the elevator and saw the 4-way forked road. I guess nothing hurts to join a teammate. Or should I go it alone? he debated with himself. After a couple minutes, he finally decided to go and help one of his teammates, Decker. So he chose the middle-right path.

As Steve peeked into the room at the end of this path, he saw a big generator-like machine.

This must be where the power of this structure come from, he thought.

But another thought hit him. If this really was the generator, why ain't there any guards of any like?

He waited there, observing the room for any security cameras, his sword in hand.

Meanwhile, outside, Joseph trned and saw a group of clones with bombs as torso. It read: 00:00:30

"Watch out for those clones!!", he shouted through the comm link.

[Tiberius]

"I cant disable them. The hypersonic waves no longer have an effect. I'm going to try and take them all out!" said Luca. He started swooping in for attack runs, bombarding the clones with torpedoes and laser shots.

Joseph helped Luca, blasting those clones which came near him.

Meanwhile, from a far distance, the twins were watching the fight, still one leg short each.

"Looks like we're going to have a lot today," Azul said, sneering.

"And if we get a larger amount this time, maybe SW Demon will even agree to repair our legs as well," Thunder added.

Then the two left without a trace.

Meanwhile, Steve was still waiting at the chamber he saw. After 4 more minutes, he decided to go in.

[Velocity]

amethyst went halfway down the hall then he felt something's contiousness,or what it felt like.

he felt it was about to strike him so he rolled and just barely dodged a strike from one of the specialised stealth clones that the others had encountered.

amethyst had a little time to react as the clone was compleatly stunned at how he had managed to dodge the attack,so in that small ammount to time he managed to get the clone right between his optical receptors.

Max tried to reach Decker through his communicator. It failed. When he saw that the signal was clearly being jammed, he sent a message instead. It read, "The Black Soviet said you're not answering the calls. You alright? I'm coming, so stay put." He sent the message and continued his journey onwards.

When he got to a point which looked like a command center, he immediately raised his defenses. With swords in each hand, he scanned the area with his eyes, searching for any signs of destruction, threats, or simply traces of Decker.

Inside, Steve circled the generator like machine with care. He did not find any security cameras.

Maybe there are guards here, but are stealth types, steve thought.

Deckér woke up not to late.

He heard Max´s voice in the same room, or

so he thought.

He slowly stood up. "Team?"

He asked, still quite confused from the hit.

Steve put on his Invisualizer, a special pair of glasses that lets him see stealth planes. Again, he didn't see anyone around. He removed his invisualizer and peeked into the back of the machine. He found another secret chamber.

He peeked inside, found a very long ladder that seems to be going endlessly down. So this machine-like thing is just a disguise, Steve thought. But why would they leave this entrance open?, Steve asked himself. He readied his weapon and went to go down the stairs.

Meanwhile, outside, Joseph didn't kill one of the clones and it exploded. But not the 'killing' type of explosion. Its range is only for itself. Strange, why bring a bomb if they don't intend to kill or destroy?, Joseph thought.

After Decker recovered completely

[something which fortunately did not

take long], he noticed Max, and said:

"Hey... Anything happened in the 'meanwhile'?

Whatever the case, we need to get into some

secret rooms. The map shows where the entraces

are hidden, but they do not show what is inside..."

He readied his weapon and checked if everything about

him was okay.

[Tiberius]

"They must targeting individuals now. If they couldn't hit the target they wanted with a massive explosion, a more controlled one could do it." said Luca.
