He is our mascot, and this is no way to be offensive, but a joke within my college that we never get off for important federal holidays

Heh... maybe I should start reading those web-comics after all.  I've been getting alot of refrences for faux-pass from a friend every now and then, and it seems like alot of these have that 'old-fashioned' style of humor. Which honestly seems quite Rare in real life to be honest... Frankly i'n getting tired alot of the smack talk by the 'wanna-be gangsta's' in my normal class....

How can they find what I find just plain discustin and cruel, funny? eh... Maybe it's one of those 'un-solvible mysteries' or that crap.... k_e_rolleyes.gif

Lothr did it pretty well, so did the Green mile, otherwise very few actually have.

The Green Mile left out a lot, actually, including my favourite scene in the book.

And while I didn't actually finish reading the LotR trilogy, I've heard from a few places that Peter Jackson did deviate a bit, but what he did was awesome enough for no one to care. Which is why I'm glad he's the one looking into making the Temeraire book series into a movie, and why I'm a bit frightened, because if he gets Levitas and Captain William Rankin right, I'll be in a rage for days after that movie.

There were flaws yes but compared to some other movies that didn't follow the original source well they did good.

Who's that?

Corono Lia (Pronounced Co-Row-No Lee), one of the main protagonists in my forthcoming flash series G-Byking.
