X-Gamer
How 'bout playing a game of capture the flag...In other words, something goes on like this:Bad guys have something very important in their hands. We need to infiltrate their camp and take it. When we do, they get angry (well duh!) and try to get it back. (We will be on foot, carrying the important thing.) When they get it back, they run back to their camp and try to escape with it. Of course, we will go back, stop them, and take it back. You know what I mean? I'm starting to think it's not a great idea, but I'm putting it out there, just in case.

But with a twist.remember the hydragen that Tom will discover on the chest compartments? (see reply # 10 on this topic) that will be the important thing the bad guys have, but our characters still don't know it. After a series of attacks then will we discover that fact.your suggestion will be considered. Anyone else who have ideas, post it here, but read reply #10 on this topic.(here is the link to my characters anyway: http://forums.starfox-online.net/index.php?topic=6218.0)
Tiberius
Alright. For the record, this information will be forgotten as soon as it's read. The characters will have no future knowledge of this.Designation: The HiveRace: Collection of races from across the universeBeginning race: Unknown.Past History: The Hive was formed when other hive minds attempted to assimilate each other. This ranged from the Aparoids(Starfox: Assault), the Borg(Star Trek), the Cybermen(Doctor Who), X-Parasites (Metroid), and various other collections which made progression and growth exponential. They now emerge in big numbers. Individual drones are now being mutated to serve different purposes. The most common is the standard drone as depicted here: It looks humanoid, but that doesn't mean that it always has to be. Other species can take on certain duties. The Aparoid race is now being utilized for air assault, exterior ship assimilation and ship repair. They also, because of their multiplying features, are being used to form new drones. They also look much different now, as do the Borg, Cybermen and X-Parasites.Cybermen were eventually rejected from the new collective. The Borg and Aparoid conscience took over and utilized Cybermen brains for computer cores and their leftover armor bodies for hull and armor plating. X-Parasites outfitted with Borg technology and Aparoid DNA are being used as assimilation probes. They are unleashed in large numbers when it is not possible to obtain individuals through infantry. Here is the first step of assimilation: Tubes are injected (which are known to penetrate any known alloy or forcefield) pierce the skin and inject nanoprobes into the blood stream which rewrite the victims' DNA. They start to multiply. Assimilation from that point on is almost instantaneous. This process can also be used to hack computers. But if the computer is locked with an fractal code, assimilation is no longer worth the effort. The Hive may have unlimited intelligence, but they cannot solve a paradox by making up a new number. Whatever they do not know, they find out through assimilation. Their ships are MASSIVE. Mostly. Here is the most common, which was a design taken from the Borg: If the picture were put in full screen, there is nothing but cube. There may be a problem with the linking for the pics. If you need additional information, tell me.

I think I changed some words, but most of the "script" is the same I think. ...O-T: Okay, Dr. Kradow made a slight "cameo" (if we cancall it that way) appearance in the scene. Geo Stelar
I have ended chapter 2. For a recap, here it is:Here's what we've progressed so far:1. Arrival of Kursed2. Thwarted clone attack on North Corneria3. Infiltrated the factory, killed the clones and turned off the controller permanently4. Arrival of Anakin5. Encountered Twins and stopped clone attack at west corneria6. Defeated Twins7. Arrival of Luca8. Deactivated attacking clones on academy9. Kursed's departure for Macbeth10. Kursed's return11. Infiltration in the factory12. Finished clone attack13. Amethyst's arrival14. Studied hydragenNow, we're currently on chapter 3So far, so good. Now, here is my plot plan for chapter 3, just to get you ready:Next two days, mutated creatures attacked east corneria. We'll have quite a struggle to fight them off.Meanwhile, the twins report to SW Demon, who was pleased with their work. they get their legs repaired. The next day, more mutated creatures attack. Same location on east corneria.Next day, all the hydragen in the chest compartments are mysteriously gone.*end of chapter 3*At least we shouldn't make chapter 3 as short as I wrote it above. That's just a summary. I told you this so you know what to get ready for and don't get surprised by the plot. This has NO spoilers. I just posted is to get you all ready. Guest DRL
Any ideas are welcome. Just post them. :D :D Cool!It is partly inspired by theSupox, but in our case, these new helium/hydragenmutated plants enter in a simbiosis with mutatedcreatures, effectively becoming "the brain".Even if no simbiosis is made, the plants can goon it´s own (althrough they are considerablyweaker).Their initial goal should be to modify the city(start spreading the Bio-Mass) to be able tolive and reproduce more confortably/efficiently,but then they fall under the bad guy´s influence, becoming little more than minions...Also these are more aligned towards Evil than goodor neutral, so it is unlikely that they are willing to makepeace...
