Anyone know how to handle a bee infestation?

Bees tend to not bother you unless seriously provoked, as them stinging you causes their own death, so they only really sting when you appear as a danger to the hive, as for getting rid of a source of bees, I don't happen to know anything about that. When I was a small child in Kentucky, we had paper wasps make a nest outside our house, and would sting anyone that came nearby (except me, I was too small for them to notice, fortunately). My mom called the exterminators about them, and they told her to just turn a garden hose on the hive from a good distance away, because the wasps think it is just rain and not an attack, and the survivors will just fly away. However, that was wasps, but I doubt bees react much differently.

aerosol can of the hairspry of your choice, zippo lighter.

Tried that. Not recommended indoors unless you like huge sparks flying around your room before collapsing onto the floor. Better to have a couple of bees than to burn down the house.

Don't do it yourself. If they're Africanized bees, you'll be in a world of trouble if you piss them off.

If they were African Honey Bees DZ he would have been dead already. First if he lives anywhere north of the american continent where its cool they dont live up there, they're only seen in warm climate areas along the southern west side of America. Second African Honey Bees protect and attack anyone within 100 Yard radius around their hive regardless if they disturbed them or not. They would be more aggressive and he would have seen more than one, because they are deadly in a swarm, no single African bee is enough to kill a man unless he's allergic. Don't ask how I know all this stuff, I just do...they are around here where I live.

seriously if they are africanized honey bees its best that you contact your nearest fire department or "bee keeper" that is if you can find one.

Spiders eh? I don't know about yanky spiders, but putting them in a glass and dropping them at the end of your garden is a good idea. Dont just throw them out the door though as it's close enough for them to walk back in.

When it comes to spiders, one thing I realised from when I was into insects (before I got stung and thus scared) is that spiders are preditors that use either traps (short and fat) or running down prey (long legs, big fangs, fast)

Trap spiders take up home in houses because of windows. Insects will fly from darkness into light, so they will build in windows, lights and mirrors instead of the natural version of branches. Regular dusting and high traiffic work. Also watching them build is cool. If you feel a sticky hair across your body walking down the street at night, you have hit a spiders web in the early set up stages.

Running spiders are a different story. Random ones are normal. If you are getting alot, that means they are there for a reason. Chances are good they are eating something, and will likely stop coming or eventually move along if theres no reason to stay. It could a case of you killing them, stuff eats corses, spider eats stuff, you kill spider, and so on.

TLDR So, If it's short and fat, clean once and keep half an eye on the area. Seal up any hiding spots if possable.

If its long legs and fast, catch them alive and throw them out. Try and work out what they are eating or why they keep living there.

All this assumes spiders are as small and harmless as British spiders though.

Paintball gun full of pepper-spray paintballs. It's what we do at the field when we have wasps in the bunkers. Minus the pepper spray. lol and with electronic markers.
