Custom TF2 Notifications

This is my small "Thank you" to the community for all your awesomeness of how you guys helped me through tough times (the tests) and such and being kind with me  Just ask for a Notification for your Sig for they are real cool here's an example of what one looks like

If you know TF2 you know the weapons

Just post:

Weapon

Attacker

Victim

Background Color

Critical hit (red blur behind weapon)

Text Color (Attacker and Victim name)

Will you make one for me, the details are as follows:

Weapon - The Scout's bat (same as yours currently)

Attack - Vy'drach

Victim - Knee caps

Background colour - Black

Critical Hit

Text Colour - Attacker is blue, victim is red
